Thank you Liz for your obedience..I lost 2 brothers and both of my daughters are with their dads..I've had a tremendous amount of loss
I put on fake smile for everyone I've had lots of prayer and I know it's up to me to receive in faith but I just can't seem to get past all the failures and heart ache of loosing my Mister ( my sweet dog)...he was hit by a car as I heard it ...God showed me he took him before the impact but I was in a place a should not have been and was trying to pull myself out even leaving but was manipulated back and days later I lost my babyboy...the guilt and agony is too much..im homeless,jobless, hopeless...I don't want pity I just can't get past the pain of where my choices have put me...I have no where left to run...I'm trying to sit and wait on God to renew me but I'm not sure I'm going to make it

I really wrestle with the protection thing and 'nothing will harm you'... What does protection look like to a child that is being abused, or to someone who lost a loved one in a car accident or to someone who is being tortured for their faith? These things still happen, so 'protection' obviously doesn't mean nothing will ever happen to you. But what dóes it mean then, to believe God for protection?
