James Bond It can take 6 lbs of torque, not pressure to shatter a Humerus
generalsoul1 It's easy to keep torque off of your Humerus. Plus these guys have years of banging on their arms.
James Bond It's generally between 4 and 15 lbs of torque. So yeah it's true. It's not an area that sees a lot of torque though. Even in arm wrestling, you can keep torque off of your Humerus. Here's a video I made explaining it

James Bond Not force, torque. To get pressure you multiply torque per square inch ×10. Like I said, hitting the correct torque on a Humerus to spiral fracture it doesn't happen that often. Like here Magnus had to get into just the right spot to shatter his Humerus.
James Bond Yes he did get into a different position, it was just a slight move for a split second. I'll try to find an internet source for you, but I've been competitively arm wrestling for almost 20 years. I've seen that injury in person over 40 times, and felt it happen in my hand 3 times. It doesn't take much.
Why you guys don't invite arm wrestlers from India you scare?
Indian arm wrestlers are good but not that strong than that of American and Russian arm wrestlers
