Can you please tell me how the two separate shell sizes are appropriated over the size spectrum? I am going to order the medium as I hear they run a little small, so will a size medium have the smallest of the two available shells?

I have never heard about Airoh until recently from my uncle, he actually had this helmet for a few years but I forgot the brand name. Is it possible that you make a video of the Airoh GP400 in orange color? Honestly I'm not looking for a helmet now, but I liked the orange GP400 and I think it might be my next helmet. But I can't tell if it is Hi-Vis orange or just regular orange.
