Sit/lay down and listen to calming music/song - try to think about yourself before the other things. - last but not least, share your feelings to your family or friends. they will understands and listen to you and they might can help (dont take it all by yourself) Short morally story: An apple just fell down a tree, it cant move. It stopped and gave up. but suddenly apple saw an orange fell down from a tree too. Apple looked at orange trying to destroy it self and take the seeds from orange own body. Apple looked at orange being in pain then apple looked away in scareness. ~A few days passed~ Apple looked at it own body slowly getting rotten as the time walked. Then apple looked at a small orange tree near. Apple thinks and said "hmm.. when did a small orange tree planted near me? There was no one at this land" the small orange tree gasped "wait you didn't know me apple? Im the orange fruit which fell down from the orange tree you saw". "WHAT! HOW DO YOU RELIVE YOUR SELF??!?!?!" apple shouted. Orange answered "well sometimes to get a good live you have to feel the pain befor you can be happy..". Apple sat down in silence for a while and suddenly apple lays on the ground and destroys apple owns body and get the seeds. ~A few monts passed~ Apple and orange live happily as a full grown tree in the land and made a lots of other apples and orange trees too. ~.+°THE END°+.~ Moral: if you fell down, get up and try again even if it costs alot but you'll get what you deserve later.
