Honestly you should listen to the album while reading English translation. TXT is known for making music with deep message, every album tells a story. This album in particular talks about facing reality and growing up, having courage to do so.
Theyre freefalling and crashing into reality in the opening of the album, how insanely cool is that😍 thats why theu chose hard rock as a genre for the firsf track - it gives you this intense feelingd.
this album is not really a kpop album tbh, they stay true to specific genres, there is no mixture of sounds here. Very brave.
They also adjusted their vocals for each single song, their flexibility in that regard is truly mindblowing.
"Blue Spring" is missing because when I initially uploaded it with it, it caused the video to be blocked :( so sorry about that!

TXT's forte is doing different genres and committing to it. Each song will always be different from the previous one. Tbh I've learned to appreciate genres I do not normally listen to because of them.
You never know what to expect when it comes to txt but they always deliver ✨🔥 also I have to say that the lyrics are definitely important especially the message in Skipping stones that song is so beautiful✨

Yes, txt don't have rap heavy songs but sometimes they have like a small rap part (as the bridge)
Umm... there is another song in the album called 'Blue spring', I guess you might have missed it.
All the songs from this album are different in genres. And... 'chasing that feeling' is actually about accepting reality ( they have a storyline and it connects with their previous album)
If you like rock type songs you can listen to '0×1 lovesong' or 'loser=lover'

One thing about TXT is that they are versatile and explore different genres every time. They do have rap in some of their songs, but they are all great vocalists and have no fixed positions in the group (except for the leader), so they don't need to include rap in every song.
The Name Chapter: Temptation and The Chaos Chapter: Freeze would be good albums to react too

You should def check the english lyrics for TXT's songs, some of their brightest and fun sounding sounds have some of the saddest/depressing lyrics
I would highly recommend you check out their earlier studio albums (The Dream Chapter Magic released in 2019 and The Chaos Chapter Fight or Escape released in 2021). I think you will see their dichotomy in sound split into the more overt dance pop vs. genre experimentation on Fight or Escape, whereas Magic was just any genre they threw on the tracklist (there's garage, R&B, hip hop, funk, moombahton, and acoustic all on this album but I won't tell you which songs are which lol).
I'm a long time fan since before they debuted and I love seeing people get introduced to their music because they really do delve into so many different genres across their albums. Not every album is cohesive but ultimately I'll take a collection of music connected by theme and lyrics rather than similar production.
I hope you can listen to their mini album, The Name Chapter: Temptation. Honestly I recommend checking all their previous album.
With txt you need to look up the lyrics cause the vibe might be bright and upbeat but the lyrics are the exact opposite. They're also known for being versatile, my friend once asked me why I only listen to txt when there's a bunch of groups out there, I just simply answered "They don't stick to one concept/genre and it makes me appreciate those genres, and they always deliver in whatever concept/genre they explore. Plus listening to their music makes me feel like I'm already listening to a bunch of groups".

it's just a bit of different jargon, I think. Songs that are promoted (played on radios, get music videos etc) are called 'singles' in western music, essentially in the same way a 'title track' is the promoted song in k-pop.
