It's the retri passive that makes the tanks meta in the jungle. If that passive ticks is removed and adjust the def/hp of lord. Jungle role will be exciting again.

It’s not just that, the Lord dance itself is easier if the jungle tanks the lord, exp zones/finds gold or mid setup. If the jungler is assassin exp or roam is holding the lord but they can’t stay for long because of the true damage by the lord. It is fine if the lord dance is short, but PH teams always do long lord dances.
