Here’s a simple and flavorful Garlic Butter Chicken recipe: Ingredients: • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, divided • 4 garlic cloves, minced • 1 cup chicken broth • 1 tsp dried thyme (or fresh sprigs) • 1 tsp dried parsley • ½ tsp paprika • Salt and pepper, to taste • Lemon wedges (optional) Instructions: 1. Prepare the chicken: Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika. 2. Cook the chicken: • Heat 2 tbsp of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. • Sear the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from the skillet and set aside. 3. Make the garlic butter sauce: • Lower the heat to medium, and add the remaining 2 tbsp of butter. • Sauté the garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute). • Pour in the chicken broth, add thyme and parsley, and stir. 4. Simmer: Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon the garlic butter sauce over it. Cover and simmer for 10-12 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F). 5. Serve: Garnish with fresh herbs and lemon wedges if desired. Serve with rice, mashed potatoes, or a side of roasted vegetables.
