using java 8 after adding jar files to classpath still its showing in module path only,
If you are using Java 8, then Modulepath and Classpath can't show. Definitely there is some other issue.

Go to Window -> Preferences -> General -> Appearance -> Color Theme. The list of available Eclipse color themes is displayed and you can choose the one you like.

Hi, am not getting import statement for webDriver. whet should I do? I have added the jar files as shown in the video. Got import statement for FirefoxDriver
It only happens when JAR files are not added to Classpath. Please make sure all the JAR files are added correctly.

Just add the sources JAR file to the main JAR file.

It should be the path of the chromedriver file on your system. Give the complete path.

Module path and class path is not available in Libraries what to do?
They will not show if you are using JDK 8.
Just directly add the JAR files, no need to worry about Modulepath and Classpath.
Sir upto webdriver is ok but what we do next for chromedriver plz make vdeo on it.
There is no difference in that, we only need to replace FirefoxDriver() with ChromeDriver()

Thinking to upgrade to Java 17 (LTS) or 18, please advise which one.
My requirement is Test_Automation & improving core Java concepts more.
There is actually no need to upgrade beyond Java 11.
If you want to go further, you can try Java 16. But I wouldn't recommend Java 17 or 18.

Lib folder doesnt come with new driver what to do ?
If it is not there, then you don't need to worry.
My personal suggestion is to setup using Maven, it will be very easy for you to manage all the JAR files with Maven.

I have one question , in my project which was build with selenium 3.141.59 there was a client-combined jar file which i can see is missing from selenium 4 , do you know why they have removed it , or more specifically why we needed client-combined jar files ? Also is there any alternative in selenium 4 ?
@Gautam Did you find the answer ? According to my knowledge , it is to view the source code and currently I do not know where to add the JavaDoc URL.
@@padmininayak No i did not got the answer, however i think its a change from selenium code base Maybe @LetsKodeIt can add more information if he knows about this
This is just a backend change from Selenium WebDriver development side, it doesn't impact anything from the perspective of using Selenium WebDriver. Instead of having all the APIs in Client Combined, they created different JAR files for every driver and they are all in the download package which we add to the project build path.

Please I did not get the option to import webdriver after adding all the jars. I download stable version 4.9.0 on the selenium website. is there any resolution i can use?
The only reason this will happen is if you missed to add one of the JAR file. Please make sure you add all the JAR files.
@@LetsKodeItOfficial I imported all the jars, and didn't miss any out. It only worked when I manually imported the webdriver by typing it.

Yes, Java should be installed in the system before setting up Selenium WebDriver. JDK is a prerequisite for Selenium WebDriver setup.

It could be Eclipse issue. Please type the import statements. Also try to close and open Eclipse and then also try to type complete import statements.

That could be an issue with Eclipse, try restarting Eclipse and if it still doesn’t work then type the import statement manually. Next time you restart, it should work.

How to know server is running or not
There is no server running anywhere when we are working on a local environment.
I have a error. Webdriver cannot be resolved
This means correct JAR files are not added to the project at the correct location.

This is an Eclipse issue. You can manually type it and save the file, most of the times when you restart Eclipse it starts working.

Hi i am downloaded the selenium4.1.0. after completion of the download i used to unzip the file using winrar after extracting that there are more sub zip files in that could you please help me in that i am facing more problem
You simply need to add all the JAR files you are seeing, as mentioned in the video you may see more or less files depending on the version.
