I'm still watching and already in love! That box would be adorable with some stamped and cut candies like a box of chocolates! And those paper pads! 🤩 I'm totally with you on BG. I miss them so much!!
Gorgeous boxcard Kristina. Great design of the additional dies. Beautiful papers you used. Thank you so much for sharing, stay safe and have a wonderful weekend.
Gotta love those 3D cards that still fit into a regular A2-sized envelope. Thanks for helping come up with this set -- I can't wait to get mine and start playing. I have tons of patterned paper so maybe can use some of it up!!!
I have 2 pads of the craft consortium papers! I love them so much! I don't like to do the messy work of creating the alcohol inking, so these have worked out perfect for me!! 😀
So Idk if I've ever bought their papers before. It's only been recently that I've ever even paid attention to who made the paper I buy. And it's because i found this new store which was essentially one of those that sells everything (I mean EVERYTHING!) at a discount. Their prices are like if you're favorite sale went on sale. I was so excited. Well, that was until i got it all home. Everything I've got out of that store, so far (I've made several trips back since this first time) & all of it is pretty great except for their paper products or their scrapbook like hobby stuff. Or their kids stuff. Those are the only items to date that you really need to pay attention to what you're buying. That's when I started paying attention to who does paper. And i learned that Recollections made a transfer or addition.. idk.. they made changes so now not all of their selection is as terrific as it used to be. But, they're up front about it. I just had never noticed and when i looked it up online is when i found out that I'm not crazy. It didn't used to always be the way it is now. I didn't look for the "why" of the matter. I was satisfied with simply that it was. Anyway, now I look to see how heavy the paper is (if it isn't marked I try not to buy. Depends on what i want it for &/or the odds I'll use it all quickly or if it can be turned over for the kids stuff so that they stay out of mine (a stash of what appears to be my favorite paper paired with some light argumentive resistance with children goes a long way. I keep a stash like that for when they want MY stuff to try and play with. Plus it means they're more like to ask instead of just take because i say yes. So it didn't turn out all bad that this selection wasn't great. And aside from how heavy a cardstock is, is whether or not it's colored all the way thru or if it's white when cut or torn. And then sometimes if it's a double sided paper. Those things matter and so now i pay attention to who makes paper and how they label. I haven't quite got a list yet of who i like best or least. Still a huge fan of recollections and Martha Stewart products. I don't buy online very often but I'd like to try tim holtz and simon says stuff. I don't see the latter at hobby lobby or michaels that i can think of and only one of 4 stores have i seen tim holtz. I bought one product of theirs online and loved it so I really should buy them
Michael's craft store has carried a paper pad like these for a few years. Hobby Lobby carried it in the 8x8 and 6x6 pad size. That blue though WHAT!!! I MUST get that. I love blue.
