FLSM Subnetting in TAMIL || Explained step by step || CCNA Routing & Switching

In Tamil this tutorial shows how to do Subnetting using FLSM (Fixed Length Subnet Mask)
Subnetting is a method of dividing a network in to multiple small networks. Subnetting is mainly used to save the IP Wastage.

Fixed Length Subnet Mask (FLSM) is a sequence of numbers with unchanging length that streamlines packet routing within the subnets of a proprietary network.
All Subnet will be equal in size and have equal number of hosts.
A subnet can be a geographically defined local area network (LAN).
Major disadvantage of VLSM is IP Wastage. Lot of IP's will be wasted.
A subnet will also define a boundry.
