Golden Retrievers are seriously the sweetest and most innocent creatures. Out there wet and muddy with a rag in its mouth while the rest of the world huddled away from the water. Like a kid in a mud puddle every sing,e time it rains. 🥰
Crispy is a new adoption and she actually prefers to be in the house. She is a puppy who came from a neonatal rescue; so, the farm is all new to her. We're all waiting for that moment when she discovers her first mud puddle and takes a dive.
We talk a lot about the life the dogs live, but those awesome kids are living a life any kid would envy! Luke and Sam are the best Parents and Pawrents ever! Everyone on The Farm living their best life forever!

Boy, I couldn't agree more! Positive feedback does wonders for a child's psyche, because basically like a dog, they want to please the adults in their lives. It's the positive things and the traumatic things we remember first & foremost. A child of the early 60's myself (USA), and my Dad was so completely opposite of Luke. He made sure he had a belt on every doorknob; within easy reach for quick use. And used it often. His belief was children were to be seen, but not heard. His preference was that I be put in my room most of the time, and only be brought out for display when the grandparents showed up. This is why I absolutely adore the Evans family. They're proof that people like them really do exist!! They're not a production staged family; they are the epitome of what good people are, and what good parenting is. ❤

I recently retired from childcare, I've worked with happy healthy children and very broken children, If I were asked to describe what I thought was the perfect growing up experience for a child this would be it! to see the children running outside in the rain enjoying every minute, their interaction with their parents and their gorgeous furry siblings brings joy to my heart

A picture book family life. Maybe we see mostly the chocolate side - but the genuine love, friendship and affection all Evanses have for each other shines through every moment of whatever they are doing. It's such fun to be part of this, if even only from a distance. ❤❤❤
Yes I am always surprised by how well the children get on and how they look out for each other especially how the girls look after Wolf. He never gets left out or told he’s not big enough. They include him in everything and have since he was a toddler. The girls never fight and play so well together. The kids are a reflection of the parents!! And we all know the parents are awesome!!!❤❤❤
It does make your heart melt. You just know that these kids are going to grow up into well adjusted, productive adults. No question. They will always be able to ask their parents for advice no matter how old. I wish all kids had families like this. Sadly they don't.
I remember a video that Luke and Sam made a decision to not have any type of negativity..only happy parents etc....a promise they stuck by... remember poor Elle couldn't handle school because of the harsh reality of the world outside there home.❤
What an absolute joy it was watching those children including Luke playing in the rain. It brought back many memories Especially racing the bottle tops in the water, we used leaves as boats. You both must be absolutely exhausted after washing and drying all of those dogs cats and children. 💗💗💗

Yup, the weather has been filthy, but the doggies love it. I wouldn't fancy cleaning up 20 odd dogs after they've made pigs of themselves. My dog also loves getting towelled down when he gets wet. Crispy is such a happy girl and she has taken to venturing out much more since settling in at the Farm.
This video reminds me my childhood, running and playing underwater in rainy season the life have no doubt. I can feel the natural around them, surrounded with animals in a quiet environment, peaceful life.

As a 74 year old who grew up on a tobacco farm in North Carolina USA I am envious of the natural easygoing way of life you have created on your farm. My experience was much different maybe in my next lifetime… Love how your dogs, cats and the humans play, relax, and are at peace with each other. I have thirteen cats and one dog a reverse ratio. Each pup getting wiped down when coming into the house....a day full of exercise for sure. All the snuggles in blankets for the pups. Cruiser and Tina too. Golden Retrievers are seriously the sweetest and most innocent creatures. Out there wet and muddy with a rag in its mouth while the rest of the world huddled away from the water. Like a kid in a mud puddle every sing,e time it rains. 🥰
Crispy is a new adoption and she actually prefers to be in the house. She is a puppy who came from a neonatal rescue; so, the farm is all new to her. We're all waiting for that moment when she discovers her first mud puddle and takes a dive.

Boy, I couldn't agree more! Positive feedback does wonders for a child's psyche, because basically like a dog, they want to please the adults in their lives. It's the positive things and the traumatic things we remember first & foremost.
A child of the early 60's myself (USA), and my Dad was so completely opposite of Luke. He made sure he had a belt on every doorknob; within easy reach for quick use. And used it often. His belief was children were to be seen, but not heard. His preference was that I be put in my room most of the time, and only be brought out for display when the grandparents showed up.
This is why I absolutely adore the Evans family. They're proof that people like them really do exist!! They're not a production staged family; they are the epitome of what good people are, and what good parenting is. ❤

I recently retired from childcare, I've worked with happy healthy children and very broken children, If I were asked to describe what I thought was the perfect growing up experience for a child this would be it! to see the children running outside in the rain enjoying every minute, their interaction with their parents and their gorgeous furry siblings brings joy to my heart

Yes I am always surprised by how well the children get on and how they look out for each other especially how the girls look after Wolf. He never gets left out or told he’s not big enough. They include him in everything and have since he was a toddler. The girls never fight and play so well together. The kids are a reflection of the parents!! And we all know the parents are awesome!!!❤❤❤

Yup, the weather has been filthy, but the doggies love it. I wouldn't fancy cleaning up 20 odd dogs after they've made pigs of themselves. My dog also loves getting towelled down when he gets wet. Crispy is such a happy girl and she has taken to venturing out much more since settling in at the Farm.

The one pleasant childhood memory I have, and treasure, is exploring in the forest at our cottage in northern Wisconsin. Such beauty nature holds ❤. Would have been even better if it had been a family event, but I still enjoyed the woods alone. Even as a little kid I never felt afraid.

It was so fun to see Luke’s enthusiasm for the bottle cap race, felt like I was there. I found myself smiling throughout this video. Awe a wet Pie, next up a spotted Crispy. Oh my Tilly in the kitty litter. All cleaned up, bathed, and bundled under the blankets. Perfect day in my opinion. ❤🐾🌧️🌧️

As a 74 year old who grew up on a tobacco farm in North Carolina USA I am envious of the natural easygoing way of life you have created on your farm. My experience was much different maybe in my next lifetime… Love how your dogs, cats and the humans play, relax, and are at peace with each other. I have thirteen cats and one dog a reverse ratio.
