Body looks for easy work as we all do…so sugar becomes an addiction. Sugar is instant energy for the body. We don’t realise and arteries start getting clogged. I don’t know how to stress on this. These companies put what not sort of flavours just to sell their products. Please be careful.

Fruit is Ice apple and down south it is called Munjullu and very famous and easily available in south during summer. Also they say of we apply that water on face and scrub softly its good for skin in case if there are any pimples. Keeping it aside my all time fav fruit.

Its just suggestion please use cloth kitchen towels.reduce the tissue kitchen towel for daily use because more trees cut for that.don't take it wrong.❤
