As an ex-MI fan who supported and believed in MI for 10 Years until last year, I think I know the reason which you also somewhat told in the video. Its not about removing rohit from captaincy, its about who replaced him. If it was Surya or Bumrah, we all could have accepted happily as these all are our beloved players only and rohit needed rest after his glorious era of winning 5 Titles for the team. But when they first brought in that 'gaddar' pandya in the team after what he vomited out in that podcast interview for the team that helped him become what he is today, and then MI Literally made him the captain after all this just feels insulting to all the true MI fans (Paltan). Even the team players showed their dissatisfaction that day. That day, MI lost all the belief, support, love, respect and honor from majority of its fanbase. I personally am not even looking forward to the upcoming IPL or any future IPL season as the only team I loved is not the same anymore as it used to be. The only 2 special moments for which I'll watch IPL ever is Virat and RCB in finals (any year) or MSD and CSK in final (this year as it is his last One)
