You'll be so happy for that pic line! They can't constantly be searching for veins for procedures. I was told if one of my medications spilled on my skin, it would eat away at my skin. As for the pain, the tape could be too tight, the line could be at a weird angle; regardless, have someone look at it right away. Please eat healthy and drink lots of fluids! Praying for you daily. 🙏
Hey there! I’m a nurse and I have worked in a stem cell transplant unit and also the collection process. Did they warn you that when you start the injections you could get some serious body aches? Did the give you advice on medication to take? You are the most positive chill guy, and your positivity will definitely make a huge difference. Praying for you!
@@JasonMazurek perfect. Claritin is what we used. I would just start it the morning you start the shots. I wasn’t sure if they had a different protocol than what we used. I’m glad they’re doing a good job keeping you informed.

I have morphine and they said I could take Claritin

My husband had one the reason it hurts more up top because it goes into you main vein in your neck.
I have a port.... You will be sore awhile... Call Drs if u must ✨🙏
Did they put you to sleep before they did it on you
No just numbed the area they were working on. Didn’t hurt, just some pressure.
