Because I used to like the band, they performed this at a venue local to me at a festival that at the time had just occurred, and was interested to see what they were like now. You need to settle the fuck down m8.
I'm not in a position to analyse what you said because I literally know nothing about you, but I can only assume that you over-reacted to a comment you felt was negative about a band you like(d). I say that in that you didn't even ask why I found it hard to watch, and the fact was it was the crowd's reaction (or lack of) rather than the band itself.
to be fair they were headlining a show with such heavy acts as Attila, Confession, Saviour. many of the people there left before they even went on and many of the people there were hardcore kids, thus not getting into Alesana that much. I was there. sucked to see not many people digging them but I dug it. so meh.
it doesn’t take much energy to write an actual song longer than two minutes and fill it out with a redundant breakdown to make it six fucking minutes long. christ
Bruh they literally played an abridged version tf are you talking about? The only reason the album version is that long is to serve as an outro to the album 🤡
This is the only song out of Alesanas entire song collection with that long breakdown. They have plenty of 5-6+ minute songs that you should listen to lol
There are a litany of bands in the core genres that are guilty of having redundancy in their writing, padded with breakdowns and meaningless passages. Alesana is not that band though. They're easily one of the most creative bands to have been present in the Alternative scene, thoughtful lyrics with a lot of philosophical and literature references, well thought out layers, progressions and melodies etc. They've never taken the easy route.
i love how they called the crowd out hahaha
Australia don't deserve them . Much love for Dennis and Shawn for always keep such a carisma ❤️
Dennis did such an AMAZING job of trying to get the band into the show! Good for them. I loved the performance
so sad aus didnt appreciate them. they shouldn't have to ask them to wake up. I'd be stoked to be there
Still here in 2023
🔥
Great show
Anyone thinks that Shane looks like Dante from DMC5?
TheGreatLestat most likely Leon from RE
Boi DMC 5 came out in 2019😂
@@DRUNKWOLFSOFFICIALbro traveled forward in time 😂
Australia has never been chock full of Alesana fans lets be honest.
YES!! THANK YOU!! XD
Why is the audience so dull? Wtf
Oh man....this was hard to watch.
Then why did you waste time watching it, tool?

Hmm, I see. My apologies m8.
Wow what is it about seeing negative UA-cam comments that makes people so hostile?
