Has he been named yet? I think Frosty is a nice name. It fits him because of his morph and because it’s a term used by military that means to “keep alert” or else something bad will happen (like losing an eye)

The name I choose is Orochi (Dopo Orochi *only has one eye* from the Baki series) *Also "Orochi" is also a long necked dragon or snake creature in Japanese lore*

i have a one-eyed lesser pastel ball python myself! her name is Eclair, and i rescued her from a breeder that didnt deem her "sellable" because of her one eye. apparently she got stuck to her egg shell as a baby. she is such a sweetie with cute heart-shapes along her body, and she eats and sheds wonderfully- she acts like any other snake. she is my first and only snake, but after seeing this handsome boy, i thought why not keep the theme going? i would love to give this little dude a nice home, since ive been looking for a second snake anyways. i've been keeping an eye out for him on the website & turned on post notifications on IG, but if you are looking for an experienced home, feel free to dm me on IG @ captainjellyroll !
as for names, i was thinking of Rice, Creme Puff, or Whipped cream (when he curls up he looks like a pile of whipped cream!)

ok so my mom cleans her hands after handling soba the ball python. says to prevent disease on her speciffically salmonella,
do snakes secrete anything from between their scales besides the whole shedding phases?
They do carry salmonella but it’s so low that you would have to lick the snake directly and even then you probably still wouldn’t get it. I still wash my hands before and after handling my snake, but I don’t do it for disease reasons, just habit

Wonder as his name... from the movie Wonder about a little boy who was different but learned how to make friends.... his daddy said “you’re a wonder Auggie” I think wonder would fit him because “one eyed wonder” “wonder how old he is” “wonder how he survives with one eye”
