I’m getting my start in the tournament bass fishing scene and I have a 7’5” heavy 13 fishing fate V3 is that a good pole for punching mats
I’d go with an xtra heavy action rod if possible. The 8’0 XH omen is a good one that won’t break the bank.
@@ChristianGreico if I go extra heavy I’d be jacking holes in there mouths giving them more room to shake the hook I could honestly do it with a a 7’ MH because of how strong I am dude I’m 6’1 215 pounds and workout every day

Your guy seemed so surprised he lost that fish . I lived on okeechobee for 30 years and lost many big fish in that grass, it happens often. Just keep fishing
