People Feed “Homeless” Dog Until One Day They Check His Collar

- After seeing this stray Labrador in the park for 5 days straight, Daisy decided she wanted to adopt the animal. So she set out to gain his trust with food and toys and that seemed to work perfectly. But one day, as she was petting him, she felt something around his neck. Was it a collar? Daisy quickly turned it to see if it had any information, but she couldn’t believe it! There was something unusual on the dog’s tag and when she looked at her husband, it was clear they both knew they had to do something.

Why didn't she check his collar the first day she petted him? This should be the first step in finding out if he has a home. Unbelievable story.
It's always important to check for a collar on pets, but sometimes the excitement of meeting a new furry friend can take over!
I hate these type of bullshit videos
It said in the story that his thick fur hid the collar and that the dog would not let them get too close at first.
Because he wouldn’t let anyone get close to him. That was mentioned early on.
As was stated. She didn’t see it.
So the collar the dog was wearing did not say ‘please don’t feed me’, but had ‘co-ordinates on it’? So the thumbnail was clickbait. The holes in this story are so big you could drive a bus through 🤦🏼♀️
and he hearted the comment so you can tell he does not check the comments he hearts
@@operationdirtvr20 Yes. What a jerk.
We had a dog who would come around when we were gardening out front. He would drop a rock at your feet and wait for you to throw it. When we checked his collar it said "Please do not throw stones or sticks for me. It is bad for my teeth" He was persistent.😊
Then our dog was gaining at lot of weight, I knew we were feeding her correctly. I spoke to a neighbour when walking her one day and they said that she came to their house every night and they were feeding her. Then another neighbour said she left a bag of dried food out in her front yard for local dogs. I ended up putting a message on her collar "Please don't feed me. I am loved and on a diet" Problem solved.
That's such a heartwarming story about your dog! It's amazing how creative solutions can solve everyday problems.

Daisy and her husband are amazing people to take care and adopt jacko
Yes, they truly have hearts of gold!
@@wonderbotanimals yeah
It was a good thing the Jacko got to see the older gentleman before he passed away and that the couple kept Jacko to give him a good home. In a heart beat, I would have taken Jacko in.....such a loving pet. (CA)🥰🥰🥰
It's heartwarming to see Jacko find a loving home with the couple!

So glad they let Jacko say good bye to the old man. Glad they adopted jacko

I feel so bad for the poor man 😥and I hope the dog will be so so happy with his new family.
Under 2 minutes and this is a very heartwarming story
Spoiler: (for tldr)
The dog collar had a username and password, as well as coordinates to an address to a very industrial place, they drive the dog to the place and the dog runs into a specific seemingly abandoned house through a broken window and ran through the house, reaching a bedroom with an elderly frail looking homeless man in poor condition, seemingly the owner, but the previous owners abandoned the house and left Jacko, the dog, at the house, so the old guy adopted him, but the old guy was nearing death and wanted the couple to adopt the dog, so they adopted the dog, they also offered to take the man to the hospital but the man refused, wanting to die alone, but thanking them for letting him see the dog one last time.
And so what was the username and password for?
I thought the pet collar showed something like "Do not feed me," but I didn't see anything about that.
It’s bait and switch.
@LungVan1011 I hate when they do that. It figures though. Thanks.
That's what I thought

The ending was surprising to me. I thought Jacko might have been from some kind of laboratory. I really loved the fact that they adopted Jacko, but I would want to help the old man too. ❤🤗🙏

Poor Jacko but happy things worked out for him. However very sad that the man died alone. Just doesn’t seem right. Very sad indeed.

Who the f**k would leave a dying man alone????
so maybe the old man was malnourished and needed the hospital but no take the dog and leaving the man to die so easy for some people to give care to a dog but not their own kind in desperate need even though it isn't true. if it was wouldnt it be neglect of a dying man
An inhuman being.

Why would anyone consider showing a human being as "caring" who leaves an old person to die in an abandoned pile of rubble called a "building"?
Again... poor writers...
I would have at the very least called social services and told them there was a dying homeless man at the address. Although if the story is true , who knows maybe they did call someone, I give the chance that the story is true maybe 20%
Hoped for a better ending for the old man. Sad.

Maybe she should go to the shelter and adopt another dog that really needs a home…
You know that this is TOTAL bullshit, RIGHT?
Can tell with the click bait do not feed me on the collar
My dog is extremely weary of strangers because one of my other dogs was adopted with a mistrust of strangers. My dog used to be very welcoming of new faces in people and dogs. However, my dad's dog is extremely mistrusting, and my dad only reassures the behavior, and spins the dogs up unecessarily. Eventually my boy became protective of my mistrusting dog because dispite her quirks she is still part of the family. It still think it is never safe to assuming that just because a dog is mistrusting of strangers it was abused. The mistrust of strangers never left our girl dog, but rather passed on to our boy. It is never safe to assume that a dog that gets seperated from it's owner is abused. Dogs can be mistrusting simply because they feel it is their job to alert their family to the presence of strangers. If you are about to welcome a stray and they are tagged don't make assumptions. Look further into the matter and find out the truth. Assummed truth based on observation isn't a good bases for keeping someone's dog. In a society that bases who you are on microagressions, 2 minute summaries, and where 40% of the male population has shut themself off from society dogs can be all someone has in a bad relationship with the people around. Where my mistrusting sweet friends are home safe I'd dread the though of him getting lost, found, and unreported.
Holy..Holy..Holy God. God Almighty. Heaven and earth full of Your glory..... I'm happy for you, Lab buddy... Too late 🔥 to those who dumped, abandoned you and so many people who were involved with this evil.

Imagine he could eat food, then how kind people will be! (I mean like they didnt saw the collar but they r still nice for feeding others)
Clickbaited thumbnails are the most common thing on youtube folks. I also was curious y a dog collar would ever say "dont feed me..."
Thanks for pointing that out! It's always interesting to see what catches people's attention.
5 day’s is ridiculous ‼️
Thank you for sharing your thoughts! Your feedback is valuable.
How disgusting putting dogs down after five days. Here in Italy tHry are all tagged it’s the law and of course owners will be found tHry can’t simply dump. Also here the policy is never to put them down. So rescue services keep them. Two year ago our son housed an enormous Alsatian wolf cross. He is a lovely dog, but very strong and detests other dogs, however son and fsmily manage him. Ge was previously unhoueswble, but no one was putting him down.
It's heartwarming to hear about the positive rescue efforts in Italy for dogs in need. Every dog deserves a chance at a loving home.

What was the user name and password all about?
And no one answers because it was a fake story and they forgot to finish all their details before publishing. Also, if the old man wanted the dog to have a good home, then saying on a collar not to feed the dog just doesn’t compute either. Unfinished details, but: a great try and good start to the author! Keep writing, but have a thorough editor before publishing, so the details can be unforgotten. :)
Author to author, just a suggestion. ❤ God bless 🎚️🫶🏼
Good job though! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 and to any wondering, some of us shorter, slender ladies are strong enough to pick up (usually awkwardly) a giant dog like that, and carry it, but sometimes we still at least can! lol 😂 bye the end.

Ok
Truth, or just a vivid imagination? While there's no denying some parts of this story has potential but whether there is an element of truth to it, or just a work of fiction designed to play on the hearts of dog lovers. That can't be ruled out. Still, convincing nonetheless and being a lover of these canine souls myself it's easy to get swallowed up and emersed within the story. so it pulls you in to the point of believing.
On that i err on the side of caution ,
Me, too. I just can't imagine leaving the elderly man to die alone. Not a happy ending, IMHO.
(Who's the f**k leave a dog alone??!)
Why didn’t they help the old man about to die…..
😢😢😢
I wonder if that dogs still up there just without food because if I saw the color and it said something bad, I would just take it off of him because I want him to have a bad caller that says something bad
What was the username and password for. I was hoping it was for a site to the deed of sale for the house
Seriously? Nobody noticed the collar? That’s the first thing you look for.
Thank you for pointing that out! Collars are important details.
And the local NYC Prosecutor jailed them for second degree manslaughter after the old man died.
Wow, that's some serious stuff happening in NYC.
Ok but why was there a username and pass code
I would definitely respect his wishes of wanting to die in the house alone, but I still wouldn't had been able to leave the old man to die without his dog. I would had probably left the dog with him until his passing and I would had camped out on another section of the house to make sure the dog didn't wonder outside on his own. jI don't know, but I would had figured something out. Maybe wishful thinking, but I am very determined when it comes to these things. Before I left him I would had also shared the gospel with him and then I would spend the every day praying for him until l his passing.
😢
Who's still wondering about the username and password?
