Hello! I wanted to send out a massive THANK YOU for your patience while I stepped back these past few months. I am back and excited to be sharing once again! Your support has meant so much to me these past 11 (!) years. I hope to be able to connect with you in new ways and look forward to sharing many more adventures with you ❤️
Full-time RV are here 🙋🏻♀️. So proud of you for not waiting to have everything together before you went. Just going is the most important thing. So glad you enjoyed yourself!
It's so lovely to see you here again. Honestly, you bring so much sweetness and joy to UA-cam. Your absence is felt when you're gone, but we adore you and want you to always feel safe and comfortable while sharing. Always take the time you need. We will be here for you when you return.
Welcome back!!!! Camping tip: freeze your gallon water bottle and keep it in the cooler. It keeps everything cold and when it melts you have clean water and not the watery mess - Marlene 🤗
I’m so happy you are back! You are so genuine; it’s why I started watching you almost 10 years ago. I look forward to your realness and I love the new direction of your channel
My husband and I converted our minivan and have been camping in it for three years now. We go for longer periods of time. We pulled the stow and go seats right out and have all that extra space for storage like for our solar panels and fishing gear. We have a big platform bed so we have lots of storage underneath for our clothes and screened in tent and camping chairs. We keep all our kitchen stuff like campstove, water jug, dishes and dry foods in the back storage area under our bed. When we're parked we move our portable freezer and cooler to our front seats. Our plan this summer was to travel around British Columbia, Canada for two months but our Province is now in a state of emergency with many forest fires so we're camping closer to home where it's safer. Love watching your little adventures. Looking forward to seeing more.
After not watching any of your content in a couple months, yesterday I just felt inspired to watch one of your older videos as I have learned over the years how much your energy and love for what you do really inspires and encourages me! I am giggling at the synchronicity of it all today. Much love to you and Welcome Back!!!
You gave me so much to think about! I want to be a camper but no one else in my family is interested. I didn’t even think about going on my own but now I am!
Pretty sure I’ve been watching your channel for 8+ years. I can remember you going next door for a get together your neighbors were having, and you stayed for at most an hour. Now look at you, girl! Independent adventurer!
It's so nice to see you back! Good for you getting out and doing the things that feed your soul!! Can't wait to see more adventures! Hugs to you (and Winnie and the kids)!!
I’ve been watching since 2011 or maybe earlier than that, and this is light years away from travel vlogs you had in those early days, like going to Disney and overseas. We are peers so we around the same age....And I like to reflect on how different life is now versus 10-15 years ago before marriage (for me anyway) and kids. It would be interesting to hear your reflections on life now versus 10 or even 15 years ago. What’s different. How your priorities changed. How you feel about it. And looking to the future, what you foresee life being like in this new season. Still a mother but flying solo. So much life has happened since you started UA-cam. For you and the rest of us watching you all of these years.
Jen! I am so glad you are back. I found myself searching your channel just the other day to make sure that youtube didnt do that thing where it doesn’t show you on your feed when someone has posted a video. You look refreshed, rested, and happy. Looks like you really enjoyed your trip, thank you for sharing with us. I hope to see another video soon.
Jen, it is very good to see you back! You were missed! I commented before watching more a few minutes of your video. I hope you enjoyed your camping trip!
I'm so happy to see you back. I REALLY miss your old Thanksgiving vlogs though. I'm in a Thanksgiving mood currently.. it puts me in a better mood & quiets any anxiety I might have. I wish we could have just those old videos back! I need them in my life!! Lol
Like so many others, I am thrilled that you are back. I hope your time away was therapeutic for you! I Enjoyed coming along on your nature experience and look forward to following along with you as you share more adventures or everyday life. You should be proud of yourself for taking charge and working towards making your dreams a reality!
It's great to see you again Jennifer. I've been a follower for a long time. Glad to hear that you are taking care of you. Life can be hard, but I see that you are resilient and overcoming the challenges that you are faced with, a step at a time. Good job Mama!
I was just wondering how you were doing, and pleasantly surprised to see a new video. Love watching your new adventures and your adventurous spirit. If you ever have a longer amount of time to fill, you would probably appreciate an upper peninsula Michigan trip: waterfalls, hikes, Lake Michigan and Lake Superior, etc. Take care.
It’s so lovely to see you Jen. I have followed you for a number of years and have enjoyed every step of your journey. Just keep on being true to yourself. The past year has been tough for everyone and navigating that whilst also navigating a divorce, co parenting and refinding yourself is a lot to deal with. I look forward to seeing whatever you post but please don’t put pressure on yourself. Hope CC and Donny are enjoying the summer, Jasmine x
So happy to see you back! You have more grit than I do. I would have driven that hour home by midnight, had the best shower of my life and go to sleep in my own bed. I love nature, but in more of a secluded Airbnb with all the amenities sort of way.
Wow! You are so brave. I could never do that! I can't wait to see what else you are planning! Thank you for sharing this and letting is know you are doing well.
Car camping looks fun as a solo trip! I have yet to bite the bullet on the Yeti cooler but the fact your ice was still ice in that kinda heat is amazing! Get the SUP! You’ll love it. It’s so peaceful being on the water. Brie loves camping and it’s a disaster getting the dirt and sand out but she has so much fun. But we’ve tented since she was a puppy so it’s engrained in her personality. Happy to see you back!
This video was so peaceful, and you look very calm and happy. Thank you for sharing with all of us and I can't wait for more videos. Missed you Jen. Be well!
I’ve started collecting things as well, including a jackery! Mine is only a 300 to start with, thanks to amazing prime day! If it would just stop raining every weekend I am planning a small just me adventure as well! So excited to follow along on your adventures :)
Yay! I love your claymation intro and outro💜. Thank you for taking us along on your first solo camping adventure. I have the Helinox chair and table, because they are so cool and very good quality, and that Jackery is a great investment. We lose power way too often here in Florida, so having that is a necessity. So nice to see you vlogging again!!
Hi Jen, so happy to see your video!!!! I have been praying and think of you and the kiddos. I love to see you are enjoying the nature and relaxing. So peaceful. Big hugs and blessings xoxo
Glad to see you back!! Lol, I also shopped around for coolers and watched youtube comparisons. I ended up ordering a Rtic. Looking forward to watching more of your adventures.
Absolutely LOVED this! Car camping with my pup is something I’m hoping to do this summer so seeing how you prepared was so very helpful. Happy to see you back!
I love that you're sharing your learning journey!! It makes it seem more accessible to others and that you don't have to have everything and know everything to just start small.
I’ve been watching since I first saw your thanksgiving tour years and years ago then through all the seasons that life throws at us. Wonderful vlog as always
So happy to see you sharing again, but absolutely understand the need to step back for a bit. This was such a beautifully filmed and edited vlog, and I loved getting to tag along from the comfort of the AC! 😄 I love seeing your gear and hearing how it works out for you. I also love all the pretty, smooth rocks and pebbles- I don’t think I’ve ever been to a beach with those! Your little cairn was so cute and soothing! Can’t wait to see more adventures!
I watched you back in the Organised Like Jen days, and haven't watched you in years. Its lovely to see how you have developed. You seem so happy and at peace in this, I live it
This was such a fun video I think you planned it out perfectly. I have dove into all the van and skoolie conversion videos and I really enjoyed both your Moab and car camping videos. I am so happy you are back Jen, I missed you. You look fabulous. Yes, I am so happy you told us about Winnie... that was the first thing I thought. about at the start of your video. Xoxo
Growing up my best friends family would camp in their VW van and her mom took magnetric strips and sewed the bug screen mesh around the magnetic strips for custom bug screens that were easy to put up from inside the vehicle. Give it a try!
Wasn't aware of the channel name change. Glad this video popped up on my feed this morning. 😊 You gave me a great idea for a summer activity this year. Thanks for sharing your experience.
Jen, long time fan lady! You are my hero for the solo travel! If it's too hot for a fire and you want something hot to eat, the hot logic (sort of a portable microwave) might work with your battery thing! No clue! Just something to consider!
Just wanted to say I am so impressed! I want to start that way too. You were organized and brought all the necessary things. Keep the Jackary. It's a portable power source, that's not a waste of money at all, you never know when you might need it. Comes in handy during power outages too. Invest in the solar panels they sell for it. Get a pop up tailgate tent so that you can have a place to put your camp chairs and still be sheltered from the elements and have privacy when not in the van. Thank you! Hope to enjoy more of your videos. 🙂
I just wanted to say that I see such a shift of confidence in your demeanor lately and it’s lovely to see 🥰 thank you for sharing your adventures, gives me more confidence to go ahead and try this myself as I have always dreamed about it for many years now.
Hi Jen. You have a brown coffee mug with a mouse on the handle. Can you please tell me where you got it? Also, a good safety trick while camping alone that I learned from Allison, is to put out two chairs, when /if you set a sitting area, to give the impression of being two people.
Hi from Germany, Jen! I was just watching another organizing channel (thinking, "Jen did a better job, I really miss her") when the notification for this upload popped up. I haven't watched the video yet, but it's so lovely to see you :-) Hope you're well! You have such a kind, authentic personality. UA-cam is a better place *with* you!
There you go Jenn... Rally back girl. Been with you since found you on DISBOARDS sharing A Disney trip years and years and years ago. . I could never do what you YOU TUBERS do. Much Praise for all of you. Looking forward to your adventures. Travel on.... be safe though. Much love.
It’s very brave to learn to do things by yourself and just spend time with yourself. It’s harder than I think people will admit. Kudos to you for doing it.
Lovely video! The fluffy things you saw on sticks looked to me like cattails that had gone to seed. They look especially fluffy when the seeds are dispersing.
Hello! I wanted to send out a massive THANK YOU for your patience while I stepped back these past few months. I am back and excited to be sharing once again! My goodness Jen, you're looking so much younger and vibrant.
Aunt Julie! I was wondering if she was still watching Winnie for you. 🥰 (this is how you know I’m an OG 🤣)
So glad you’re back and able to share. I’ve been really wondering how you’re doing.
Full-time RV are here 🙋🏻♀️. So proud of you for not waiting to have everything together before you went. Just going is the most important thing. So glad you enjoyed yourself!

I am in awe of your bravery and “go with it” attitude. Very inspiring!
I so enjoyed your van camping and your nature walk. I hope you do many more of these adventures.
Jen! I've been watching your videos for years. I loved your old content and your new content. So happy for you!

Can't wait to watch your next adventure come Fall season, that will be so exciting when the weather gets cooler!
Thanks for sharing your experience. I live about 25 minutes from this park. You've inspired me to check out the trails!
My husband and I converted our minivan and have been camping in it for three years now. We go for longer periods of time. Great video. Loved every bit of it! Would love if you share a camping essentials video as and when you figure out your best setup.
