I have never owned a serpant brand RC but I definitely want one of those 748's or 749's because I hear they handle high speeds well and run arrow straight.yours look very fast. I thought my slash based rig with a slice chassis and all aluminum towers,arms etc..was a speed machine "106 mph top speed" but I'm pretty sure I don't wanna race you my friend and I am now searching for a SERPANT 748..
You always have some of the best RC cars lol.... Damn man I got nothing like this.... Mine are all Traxxas... All 9 of them.... My Traxxas bandit looks like a dragster though lol. I have the dark blue Traxxas wheelie bar with the plastic stock wheels hanging off of it to the sides, a light blue front rpm bumper, a horizon hobby 3800KV Kinexsis system, two rear Proline road rage wheels and two front stock alias bandit wheels. My bandit looks like a semi dragster for the most part and I've hit 66.4 mph and 66.5 mph with if so far and that's with 31 pinion 76 spur gear and both are non mod 1 gears. This Serpent is so much lightef and much more easier to Max speed out with plus it's a touring car and is super low to the ground. The aerodynamics matter a shit ton and this of course would whip my bandit or any of my cars any day of the week lol. 0-85 or 90 mph in under 2.5-3.5 seconds lmfao. I was thinking of getting me a touring car for the hell of it because I haven't had one in a while. By the time I try to even attempt or reach 60-64 this car would be seconds ahead lol.
Very nice builds! I love the red Dodge Challenger body except for the wing! I'm sure it's functional, I just don't think it fits the car right... Just my opinion. I have the same body on my team associated TC4 but mine is lime green and black. You do excellent work my friend, thanks for sharing!
Looks real good man! I really dig the pulley set up. I remember trying the metal pulleys from serpent and having to change belts every few runs. You should check out my 747e's I did on RCtech

shawn Lasky Hey Shawn, You can strip anodizing with zep purple degreaser mixed with water 50/50. Anodizing is pretty indepth. Requires electricity and battery acid. There are how to videos on youtube. Search how to anodize aluminum at home.good luck 👍🏻👍🏻
