I'm not doubting Canseco had a migraine, but wouldn't the bright sunshine and loud crowd noise be torture? I'd be in the quiet of the clubhouse watching on TV.

Maybe the worst of the migraine was finished but manager just decided on the day-off as precaution
Migraines have six phases so guessing Canseco could've been in 5th stage.
