I believe that building side in the back was once a barn for the horses.

You're going to love it Greg! It takes abit to setup the forst few times, but after that it goes up quick!
I'm thinking to old stone building in the back was probably the first house, and the concrete area was probably a mining area or equiptment storage.
Spoke with someone the other day who knows the owner. It was an outdoor kitchen at one point. Such a cool place!
