    Beautiful cake, i love the way you make it look so easy and doable... Just a question though, is it differ cakes? Cause the cake boar went from square to round to square again. Either way I love it and watched it over and over again. Am paying attention to every detail.

      Hi Nic, i just used 1 slab of 12×16 sponge, then i just cut it.
      For 20 persons, you can use the same size 12×16. Thanks

      Thanks po. Aralin nyo po yong pag tatabas kailangan pag nag tri trim po kayo ng mga shaped cake pa unti unti lang po ang trimmings para matantya nyo. Kasi pa malaki kàagad ang na trim nyo hindi mo na mahahabol yong size liliit lalo ang cake. Watch mo yong mga iba kong video about sa cake carving. Madami ka makukuha idea.       I used 16x24 cake pan then i just cut the cake on their preferred size.

      Yeah when knead your fondant don't used to much corn flour or sugar powder for dusting. That is the cause of fondant cracking. When you knead the fondant cover it straight away in to your cake. While still fresh.

    Did you put anything under the edible image to make it stick to the fondant? I find that water does NOT work well. Do you use piping gel?
