I love how you don't use the killing cone method, I find it so inhumane letting an animal bleed out and letting it choke on it's own blood. You've given the animal an amazing life and a quick end. I hope he turned out tasty!
Please can you do a full video fro. Catching - dispatching - plucking - butchering and anything else you do, this would really help UK people as nothing on you tube for UK.
AT HOME. Pluck them dry 'with the grain' and often done in a paper bag so that you don't have all the mess to clear up AT WORK We did about a dozen a week for a restaurant. Do NOT over heat the water. (Hot but not boiling) Overheating will make the chicken skin glossy which will be seen when it is roast. (I am sure by now you have it perfected.) You used to be able to buy an electric device with a rotating drum and rubber 'fingers' which would take the feathers in less than a minute. I have seen a home-made one from a top loading washing machine with the 'rubber fingers' on the inside.
I love how you respect them 😊 And how you give them a good life. 👍
Nice video.
Great tip on slow smoking then removing the skin because I am really grossed out by the black oil and puss oozing out.

Well done mate! However, I discovered when my skill became honed, their heads were lopped off with one stroke of the axe. Good luck! 🇦🇺💐🇬🇧
