This is one of the best shelters I've ever seen, very cozy, I could camp out there for at least a few days. Great video. As far as encountering that huge buck, that's better than a bear.
Absolutely loved this video! 🌧️ The way you set up the shelter and managed to stay dry and warm despite the heavy rain was truly impressive. Your bushcraft skills are top-notch, and the cozy atmosphere inside the shelter was so inviting. Can’t wait to see more of your adventures! Keep up the great work! 👍
This video really stood out to me-there’s something so special about the way you capture the peace and beauty of nature, even in tough conditions. It’s clear how much effort and heart you put into building the shelter and making the whole experience come to life. Watching this felt calming and inspiring at the same time. Thank you for sharing such genuine moments with us-it’s a real gift! Looking forward to more of your adventures.
The deer story will forever exist in our mind, just as you told us. I laughed because I was saying, "What if a wolf, coyote, fox, bear....wait? I wonder what you would think with a furry woodland creature snuggled up with you. 😂 I love this project a lot. Pines are so variable depending on what kind of juniper you have. It shelters you from the biggest killer. Hyperthermia. You would know. I grew up in a heavily wooded and huge swamp. I love nature. I love how sustainable you are using fallen trees. Amazing.😊❤
Gotta say: I love the periodic foreground shots of boughs, plants, etc. Great photographic eye. I’ve learned lots from your videos and always find them entertaining. Boomer is such a sweet, happy dog. Great companion, I’m sure. Thanks again for sharing your adventures.
Look so cozy your shelter. Lot of work it looks like. Boomer looks so happy. Yes, some meat is so much better than dry dog food. I agree with you on that. Looks amazing! Great job.
I enjoyed this video and that's really good work! Looks very sturdy and cozy too. All you need now is to hang some Christmas lights with all the pine smells surrounding you. 🎄❄
This shelter is amazing. Would love to see some shots of the whole interior space & the sleeping set up. Would b cool to see what it's like looking out from where you sleep & during the nite w sound of rain etc...such a good vid thx for making it!
Mannnn, this is awesome. Had a busy few years building something great, now i got more time for myself and i am going to be doing some bushcraft soon! Love the content!
great camouflage shelter👍reminds me of robin hood and his merry men in sherwood forest😂 also you could be robin crusoe of the forest, too. 👍love to boomer💕💕💕 👀🇬🇧
Great video !!! I miss camping like this used to do it alot as a younger lad. Just a question since you moved the fire indoors why not dig a fire pit into the ground then have your rocks and such? This is way more protection from wind and way safer. Also it looks like your back side could use a little more in fill of bows especially when it really starts blowing snow.
I truly enjoy your artistic way of filming and recording nature; it’s beautiful and relaxing. And thank you for sharing your skills freely. I appreciate your years of experience. What kind of dog is Boomer? What a great companion!
I love watching your camping adventures with Boomer. How you build your shelter etc... I've learned a lot (just in case). Things you bring with you very educational. Stay Safe and Healthy. I'm freezing here and it's 65 degrees. ALOHA From Hawaii ❤❤❤❤
Hello Jeremy and sweet Boomer 🐕❤ I love this shelter, A- LA- NATURAL.. I don't know if its my eyes or you are using a different CAMERA/ LENSE but the video is so CLEAR, I can see every stick/leaf/stone on the ground... Wishing you both a fabulous weekend 🐕❤
Awesome video I need a camping buddy like boomer 😅 but the video was a amazing nice to see how you extended the shelter with our any cords if you were lost this would be a great idea to get you out of the elements can't wait for the next one stay safe buddy
What a great shelter I might even think about camping myself🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤣🤣🤣can you build me a bed 🛏️ and a shower and put power in 👍🏻🤣🤣🤣🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🩷🩷🩷🩷xxxxx great video loved it 🥰
I'm loving your shelter, looks amazing. Also, I must say, I really like when you cook different meals, Lol. I like seeing you cook something other than Ramen and often cook the same thing at home. Love what you do and as always, Love Boomer, he's the best camping buddy.
Fantastic second part of your bushcraft build. You mention the build took about 5 hours to build. My son and I were noticing some big juicy mounds of moss around your build site. Would some of that layered on the roof help waterproof further your shelter?
Great video, would have suggested Dakota Fire hole in your shelter I’ve used alot in bushcraft shelters they work great without alot of resources. I leave the air hole outside of the shelter which means the tunnel to the fire is longer but works so well it’s worth the extra effort
Good vid. I have a couple places similar built up. May have to get the fireplace more contained. Blowing up pretty big and that roof bough will light up. All goos from east Kentucky USA Nomad Mountain Man
Love it. You need to make a hole with a 5 gallon bucket, each end cut off, over it with an attached seat and cover with a leanto. When full, cover with dirt and move somewhere else. Boomer always in the back saying, “I got your back dad!” lol
i sure wish i had the time for stuff like this. working 2 jobs, it took me 3 winters to build a small cabin on some property i have. this will be the first year i will be able to use it. and it isn't even really done.
I love this angle reminds me of earning my wilderness survival merit badge many years ago you do a much better job lol btw your photography is awesome this video and the first one several times the thought entered my mind of take a still of that shot and make a puzzle out of it dont know if that helps but thanks for sharing your experience
Another great video! Curious if you would consider a Dakota Stove for inside the shelter? Seems like it would work, but definitely more labor intensive than a fire ring. Just curious. Thanks for creating these videos, really enjoy them.
Episode #1 of this shelter ua-cam.com/video/dso2ZiQAzfI/v-deo.html
Enjoying all your videos. Thanks for sharing! 🙂
This is one of the best shelters I've ever seen, very cozy, I could camp out there for at least a few days. Great video. As far as encountering that huge buck, that's better than a bear.
This is what im talking about. Absolutely love this video. Simple shelter that takes some thinking, and living in the outdoors. Thank you
Glad you enjoyed it
I love that shelter,I've been watching your channel for years and this is my favorite.

I was happy...this played great...no issues and sat on my new love seat.
Like your no unneeded drama approach to bushcraft videos. The no lashing shelter was a first.
Something tells me that you built some pretty epic forts when you were a kid. This was fun to watch. Thanks, Jeremy!
Glad you enjoyed it
Loved the beer 🍺 🏴
What another great episode kinda took me back to when I used to make dens with trees with my friends when I was a wee one.
😊

Great camp! I hope to see more of this shelter in videos to come! 😁
Excellent shelter addition Jeremy. Looks like a comfy place for you and Boomer to rest and camp and enjoy a fresh ground coffee. Top notch.
Thanks so much

I love this new camping spot. Very interesting watching you build it. And of course, Boomer is the cutest thing.
Glad you enjoy it!
Good plan and great execution. Minimal yet efficient. An emergency blanket in the pack may be a big help for very heavy rain. Loved this!
He’s a true woodsman!
It's a nice structure. Thank you for explaining your build strategy.
Glad you like it!
As I sad last time, this is the real thing, really cool!!
My favorite episode FOR SURE!! How was it at night? Windy/drafty? Did the pine boughs you slept on keep you off the ground and warm? LOVE IT!!!

As the others say, this shelter is awesome, best in on UA-cam. I really enjoyed this video thank you as always 😊thank you
The shelter looks quite cozy. Interseting with your technique using self locking branches, will try that

Thanks 👍
Normal shelter, but sleep well and warm 🔥🥰✨
😁
Another fine video Jeremy.
Your shelter takes me back when I was a kid. Me and my mates would build a den just to chill out. Great times. 👍🏼👍🏼
That is awesome!
Excellent shelter! Love the channel and the peace it brings me watching it.
Thanks
very impress the way you put that together. I don't think you would aver thrugle in bad conditions.

Maybe the buck wanted to hang out with you in the shelter just Ike Rusty did. Word travels fast in the animal kingdom. Lol

Çok doğal tebrik ederim.
I liked the build! Seems a bit fire hazard when it's not raining or in snow?
if you had to move the fire inside what changes to the shelter would you have to make? if any.
