In Metal Max when your tank runs out of hp it doesn't become inoperable, every time it takes damage with no hp there is a chance of a part on it becoming damaged or being destroyed. The TAS just manipulates it so that it only happens on the very last attack from the final boss.
I’ve never heard of this series, but I like the concept. Execution was a little barebones, though. It would’ve been nice to see simple cannon fire animations and explosions.
Thanks for taking the time to add all the comments in the CC options, really neat.
2:00 was the moment I knew I'd be watching the full TAS.
This game is fun to play casually. Wish there were more customization with the vehicles though.
Nice TAS.

i like when they add subtitles
Why does it seem like the player's tank took zero damage each turn at 6:30?

Because they manipulate the random number generator to make the player dodge enemy fire 100% of the time.
@@musashigundoh I see. The japanese text only said "damage taken", with no mention of dodging/evasion/miss so I got confused
funny thing in the Famicom: you can confuse Noah to cause it to end itself... By running away. Don't ask how.

The author of the TAS disables animations at the beginning, presumably because that's faster.
