If I would define an artist as criminaly underated, that is Starcadian. Of all the music I heard in my life, I never somebody that write this way. He dedicate a lot time in detail and he his using sound that i never heard before. I can feel that every detail in his music is very well tough and precisely well put together He deserve to really reach the star
This really breaks down some of the imagery into a fairly realized narrative. I think you are really stepping onto the path Starcadian is laying out. I can't wait to see more, and really dive into this story! I hope a full length movie is not too far out on the horizon.
i was also curious about the word, ‘Cydonia’, and so just did a very brief google search and apparently there was an actual ancient Cretian city state named, Cydonia. Now, he we get from that to modern day usages and applications of the word, I am not sure, lol... so I needa do more research. But it seems it has taken on a whole new meaning or several different meanings also.
had his music on one of my Spotify playlists of which I have many. So I recently “rediscovered” him when my playlist played Interspace and man, it had been so long since I heard it that I was just totally “re-mind blown” again. Hahaha but this time I have gone on this google adventure to learn more about their work and so have found your video and more of Starcadian’s videos on his channel. Including the “Freak Show” short film which was awesome! And, as it well should have with the 1980’s homage themes, reminded me of Star Wars, Thriller, Gremlins, and other 1980’s movies with all the fantastic and/or silly and/or campy robotic muppetry that had it’s peak just before the CGI era took over, per se. And I am so glad that Starcadian and Rob O’Neill were able to combine the 2 era perfectly in the Freak Show song short film.
He's a digital mutation between M83 and Daft Punk! Amazing! Almost every song from his albums. But it seems that he doesn't want to get famous otherwise he would also activate also his comments.
Would you recommend a giant shield as a beginner if so could a adult live in a ten gallon tank. I don't want one that will fly off my hand it's doesn't scare me is just be scared of it hurting it's self -Joanne
Criminally underrated artist.what a cool video! Thanks!

Starcadian is the gateway drug to synthwave. Quite perfect. More people need to hear his material. BBC Radio6 would be a good place to start.
yes!
Ill tell you what he is, a living legend, absolute genius. In the ”synthwave” scene there’s no one who compares.
criminally underrated artist. rivals the likes of daft punk.
he is my Favorite Electronic Artist
the greatest of all time for me

The only thing I hate about Starcadian is that there isn't more of his stuff.
