I'm a "Diplom-Germanist" who lived and worked in Germany many years. I sadly don't get to Germany as often as I used to, so my German is a little rusty. Don't know how I ended up on your A2 course on UA-cam, but I am enjoying the refresher immensely.Your grammar lessons are excellent, and the cultural tidbits and humor you weave into everything are gold! It's like I am laughing at inside jokes only those of us who have lived in Germany would understand. Ich bedanke mich! Gut getan!
Firstly, I want to say that you are amazing. The course is (A1 and A2) are spot-on! Can we expect a complete video on B1 topic in near future?
A B1 course video is planned, but due to the amount of information in the B1 level, it will very likely be split into several chunks. I would expect a B1.1 and B1.2 video or something similar eventually. This will likely be at least a year out, however, as projects like this take time. In the meantime, my next videos will be in the B1 range. While there won't be a full course video for a while, there will be a lot of B1 content on this channel for the next year+.

@@sarathchandran9930 it took me 2 months to finish his A2 book available on his website. (after a very loose knowledge from previous A1 level learnt, elsewhere) The content given, is very helpful for English speakers, or those who use English with no problem. it really helps to setup a fundamental background to understanding all tenses, cases, sentence structures in this language. I already wish there was a B1 full book/course available from him.

I just discovered your videos. Very impressed. I am definitely a grammar nerd. Went ahead and signed up for your course online. I've always wanted to learn a language from someone who can actually give reasons for things. There are many excellent German teachers on UA-cam, but none of them discusses etymology other than you. Do you have any actual physical books or workbooks that can be purchased?
My A1 and A2 books are available as paperback books on Amazon. The A1 book allows you to download the worksheets and then you can print them yourself. The A2 book has them printed directly into the book. Although, if you just signed up for my online course, you will get access to the A1 book after your free trial ends. Then when you get to the A2 content, you will get access to the A2 book. Both of those, of course, are just the ebook versions.

It was pretty smooth. I have a lot of practice ripping up other people's term papers.
In portuguese theres an expression which says "some people dont like to make money", and its used when referred to someone who does something rly great for really cheap or for free, and i think that definetly applies here

In Partizip 2 do separable Verbs remain with the prefix or can separate?
Separable verbs go to the beginning of the Partizip 2 and the ge- that is traditionally at the beginning of the Partizip 2 goes between the verb prefix and the rest of the verb.
Ex.
abmachen -> abgemacht
losgehen -> losgegangen
In conversations examples things sometimes get so serious I get anxious hahaha

A video alone will never be enough to pass an exam regardless of the channel. If you practice the lessons in this video with an emphasis writing and speaking, you will do well on an A2 exam.
