There is something so relaxing about watching someone play Morrowind
Yeah Especially if it's a lafve bros series
6:26 Emmet why is every single copy of every Elder Scrolls game you own haunted
FYI Trueflame functions like a torch and emits light when you hold it out.
The music in this DLC is actually really good! I love it!
The unique tracks are my originals actually so thank you :) you can find them on my channel in the Elder Scrolls Inspired Music playlist!
Awesome episode, right on cue with me being bedridden with a cold^^
My two tips:
1) less jumping (as tempting as it is to hop everywhere). saves fatigue for better performance in combat (and everything else; literally everything with a success chance or a variable outcome is influenced negatively by low/no fatigue)
2) get the spells mark and recall. Mark let's you set a beacon pretty much that you can always teleport to with recall. Perfect to set at either the different stones before venturing out to reduce backtracking, or any other quest giver.
Can't wait for the next episode!
Just wanted to add that it would be better for Emmett to get the amulets, not spells. YOUNGMAN's Mysticism skill is 5, so it would take an hour to cast. I think the Breton trader in Caldera has both these amulets, I usually buy them within 15 minutes after starting the game
@@СеменМокрушин Excellent addition!
This is gripping gameplay. 10 minutes of circling the same snowy area followed by 10 minutes of complete darkness. This is why I love Morrowind.
The days really do blurr together alot. One of the silver linings is to be pleasantly suprised by a lafave bros notification.
Tuesday lets roll.
OH... my... yeeees...
This was such a good episode Emmett, went hard af with no light and still succeeded
All these system glitches make it feel like your character is LITERALLY up against the frayed threads of reality itself :P
"I didn't really kill anyone..."
The countryside is laid barren, the ecosystem will never recover from the slain of it's wildlife, and destruction reigns
(Emmett did in fact kill everyone)
Wish I could do more for ya, sun! Keep up the amazing work Emmett, I always love seeing a new episode of your Morrowind playthrough. Thanks for sticking through it despite the rough patches lol. It might be fun if you feel up to it to try the Morrowind multiplayer mod with Max or Baldy someday.
ah! how lucky for this to-be relaxing day that The Great Emmett LaFave should grace it with His Fancy~ much-appreciated as always!
Just waiting for him to realize the trail on the map is the river, not a road.
I hope this series doesn't end when you're finished with the main quest
There is no comfier channel on the whole damn platform!
You can equip torches, lanterns and candles as a light source. But most of these are in Vvardenfel, 🙂 Not much here in Solstheim. Even Trueflame sword provides some light. The equippable candles are the single ones with a small candle holder.. 🤔 I remember messing around with that. Great job anyway! 😄
The cave gives Lovecraftian vibes, likely a nod to "At the Mountains of Madness", especially the Cthulhu like monster at the end
11:10 Emmett LaFreaky
holy moly more morrowind, thanks youuuuu
How funny you are to meee
When you said scuttle 😂
You're misreading the names. Theyre called "Bra-barians"
I bought this game on original Xbox but it wasn't backwards compatible with my 360 at the time, so my neighbor lent me his OG Xbox and I played Morrowind as a kid (because I really really wanted crossbows in Oblivion) and then found out there were cheats and treated it like GTA. I never did a serious playthrough on the console so I wasn't aware it had all these bugs but good luck my friend! lol
It is the year of our lord 2024 and this man is playing TES III on a 64 MB RAM, single core 32 bit cpu, Geforce 3 based gpu machine. A room of artists could draw that shit faster and I own a refrigerator with better specs.
I agree completely about the saves. There is such a dumb superstition, mostly since Dark Souls and all that bullshi* "ideology" of "gaming as annoyance". Like there would be a mystical elevation of the experience, if you feel annoyed and/or waste time gaming with needless repetition and activity. Or for example have permanent detriments and thereby miss significant parts of the game and have a lesser (!) experience of the game (which one almost certainly will not play "in another playthrough", just another one of those silly illusions).
Skyrim before Skyrim.
I hope that the home building in TES6 implements the building system from F4, but I could do without the settlements honestly. With their constant demands and unbeatable missions lol
There is no reason not to use trueflame all the time. Even when depleted it's still twice as powerful as your crappy katana
