Throughout this video it looks like there is a buff that Cere is tracking that he's made look like a bar that ticks down across the player frame. I know how to do that in Vuhdo, but I haven't seen in done in ElvUI. I would be so, so grateful if someone could let me know how this is done.

It doesn't seem to be possible in Elvui, or at least I don't know how to set it up :/ What he is using looks like Cell and there it's baby simple :)
