I personally find it a bit out of character for Natsuki to be so willing to drink alcohol. If anything I'd think she would have developed an aversion to alcohol, as it is widely known that her father is an alcoholic. And she probably would not want to drink out of fear of turning into a monster like her father.
Fun fact: the drinking-age in germany is 18 instead of 21.

After seeing that Yuri and Natsuki had a few sips of alcohol, I thought for certain that Sayori has gotten absolutely plastered before. I mean, what was originally in those bottles before?
As for what might go wrong, maybe the wine was much stronger than Yuri thought. Maybe, due to her appearance, the worker at the shop (I don't know if it was those fancy spirit shops or just an old liquor store) really thought she was an adult, and gave her a stronger wine.
Also, I don't know if you said this in the end of the video because I paused it thirty seconds before it ended. If you didn't say it, I might as well say it now, "Drink responsibly, ladies and gentlemen."
Drinking responsibly is something I'm horrible at.
