Once Glance Visual Management has helped me to schedule my work properly. Now instead of keeping all my books randomly on my STUDY TABLE for studying/assignment, I have organized/restructured it in 4 areas on extreme right of the table. First is of INPUT where I keep all the books which I have yet to study or don’t have any allocated assignment. Second is of PROCESSING where I keep all the books which I was reading or using to complete my assignments. Third is the REWORK area where I make corrections if suggested by Professors. And the last is the OUTPUT area where I keep the books I read or the projects I completed and then place them back to input as and when required. This has helped me to have a visual glance to my pending work and similarly for my rework area which needs to be completed as early as possible. Also updating this frequently is an important step.
The tool can be used (especially the service model) to keep a track on our weekly assignments. This will be a life saver when we have a ton of assignments and we loose track of them.

Input Inventory area following FIFO -> Output Area following FIFO -> Customer Area following FIFO If input supply is not ok its get shifted to the NC (non conforming area) if it is ok used , if the output is defective it will get shifted in rework area, defect observed in customer area it will get shifted to the Dead stock area. After I watched this video, I wrote all the topics in my book in "To be completed section" and once done I will now strike it off and write in "Work Completed section". This will help me to manage my time as well as prevent me from forgetting any pending work.
