I started using "entry-level" Touhou songs to keep track of time and focus while working on assignments. (Surprisingly, this sort of counteracted the lack of focus I usually had from ADD) Importantly, I loved the Touhou music I found, and the sheer quality and quantity ensured I never got burned out. Without Touhou music to maintain my focus and divert my attention from other areas on my life, I may not have been able to complete or perform well on my schoolwork and studying. And I have this video to thank for that.
