    Hey Paul,
    Could you share how you ensure these tasks are done daily/weekly? Is there an audit or record of cleaning ?

    I’m tasked to set up a chore chart and your idea is fabulous. Would you have a template available? Not sure how to set up the names so people aren’t tasked to perform more than 1 chore on the same day. Since you’ve already figured it out, why reinvent the wheel?! Thanks so much in advance!

    I like the video a lot as it is clear and concise. My question is with the copiers in preventing the paper debris from building up. You have a contract for that or is there training to partially disassemble the printer like aircraft maintenance to clear out the paper debris proactively to prevent jamming?

    • @FastCapLLC

      We really don’t have jams because we have QR codes for employees to use the machine properly.

    Wonder what is the QR code on the instruction chart for? What information it will leads to?

    What happens when you hire employee #49..?

      If we ever get more employees than we have chores,mwe would just rotate someone in each week. Also, there is usually someone gone, either sick or on vacation.

    I understand culture improves but still not easy to eliminate one person to clean 8h per day. Right?

    Why cleaning in the begining of the day and not in the end of the day? 3S should be when?

    • @davelelonek
      @davelelonek 4 роки тому +1

      3S should be done in the morning. We do ours right after our morning meeting before we start work.

      @@davelelonek why not when work ends? It stays dirty during night? We arrive in the morning and see all messy?

      @@HWPO-pt So, at my company, we keep our workplace tiddy all through the day as we work. We Soji (clean) for 30 minutes M, W & F right after our morning meeting. On Tues / Thursday we 3S for 30 minutes which is a combination of cleaning, sorting and making improvements. We also make improvements during the day.

      3Sing because were a team everybody is there in the morning people leave at different times and it’s a team effort it’s the same reason you huddle in the beginning of a game everybody shows up ready to win we’re preparing the work area for success for the entire dayThink about it at the end of the day you’re tired you want to go home do you think you’re going to rally the troops at the end of the day to focus on improving in cleaning up when everybody wants to go home?
