The explanation is very clear and simple. This video is very helpful for me because i slept off while they were explaining it to me in class and i was totally lost, upon watching this video everything is now clear to me .Thank you so much for the video.
Really i understood a lot of things clearly though i have been taught in my class but that was not sufficient enough to solve numerous problems. But after viewing these videos i've become more confident now. A thousand thanks to that professor...
On Secant Method, To find the real roots, Your initial values should be able to be anything, and through multiple itterations, the approximate will get closer and closer to F(x)=0 location closest to your initial guesses, So say you have (x-5) and (x+2) as roots (but you dont know these are the exact values) If your inital guesses are closer to (x+2) the Approximation will work its way closer to (x+2). and the same goes for (x-5)
wooow iam thankful for your kindness and helpiness , i understand it very well and you make me feel happy thanks again , i got exam next week for this method . by
Yes, three things are sufficient - that between x(low) and x(high) 1. function is continuous between the two. 2. function is real between the two 3. function changes sign between the two. What happens outside the interval is not relevant.
sir thank u so much and can u please help me on what are the conditions for convergence (how to choose our initial values )in SECANT methods and REGULA FALSI methods...i watch all ur videos but couldnt find the naswer for them ..........and how can we calculate the number of iterations needed to get a particular accuracy (ie accurate to third decimal places ) without calculating anything ...

Thank you very very much for explaining so nicely

What a great effort !
Thousands thanks
thank you sir you are better than my lecturer
Truly helpful ... thank u sir!!
Really helpful, thank you very much ...

He is amazing...
is it sufficient that function is only continuous between (x(low) ,x(upper))
because we only consider about that interval no ......am i correct ?
superb sir
Is bisection method same as regular falsi method, Sir?
Very nice demonstration, thanks for sharing; Jesus Christ Bless you! :)
fuck yaar......why my internet is so slow??? i want to catch his golden words..
good
awesom
why rnt u my prof
dont get it
