This is definitely my favorite video from you man. It just hits home for everyone. It's not like a "do this to change your life" it's a "do this to keep your life" kind of motivation it gives. Completely reassures the viewer that they should take on their dreams, even if a setback happens, or worse. As, you always have yourself, and must love yourself without your dreams. This is excellent work man. I tried so hard not to smile ear to ear because of how inspirational this all felt to me. I usually find myself doing several things to "find what's right" (this really ties in more to the Prince video, but yk) in my life. Like, goals and dreams. The idea of "If you have a back up plan, failure doesn't matter (or rather, shouldn't matter)" struck hard. I'm not one to stick with something, but this oddly made me more inspired to stick with something in my life. I frankly couldn't explain in words the joy I had just watching this video, and feeling relief at the realization that even if something doesn't work out, it's not the end. Living once doesn't mean you can't do the things you dream of and give up, it just means that you should try to do them, even if you fail. Failure isn't a guarantee, nor is success, and there's always the likelihood of others being at your level or beyond, and putting you down. But that chance is truly what drives us at the end of the day. We all want success, to be happy (as you mentioned in the Prince video, it doesn't stay forever, but it may help us be happy), to live our dream lives; but we don't want to suffer, or bear the risk of failure. This is then all tied back to your point of "Before you're a footballer, you're a person." I don't think you could have described the following ANY better: Even if you lose your dream or meaning of life, you'll always have yourself at the end of the day. Syncing your life to a goal or dream bears risk to something worse than failure. You cannot simply "lose everything" when you lose just one thing, unless that one thing is "everything". Simply put, it isn't the one thing which is life, but rather, the one thing is just part of your life. Required for living, to feed your family, etc. But several things can fill those bubbles, and it's important to accept failure as shown in Barou's awakening. Losing something doesn't mean it's the end, it could always, always be a new beginning in the shadows. The only moment you lose everything is when you lose yourself. It's hard to describe everything (hell, the video does it 20x better than I ever could.), but I think that with certainty I can say this is your best piece of work yet by a long shot. It could be the length of the video giving more details, it could be the editing style, the examples given, etc. But I think all of it is just some of your best work. Bravo man. Bravo.

Doubtful since it was mentioned that Ego was on a strict diet and since we've seen him binging in junk food, it's probably just from his lack of self care, also we don't know when Ego even began his junk food binge so he either was just lengthy to begin with or he had a strictly maintained physique accompanied by the diet

I'd always give my heart out for Snuffy 🫶🏼 Objectively one of the best written characters in bllk and subjectively my favorite character. I remember when reading the chapter I found it a little out of character when he would be excited because of Barou's rebellion, but the more I thought about his history, the more I realized how much the tragedies in his life sealed his ego away, his passion for his profession. And it broke my heart to realize how he forced himself to be so controlling, just because he was so scared of the future. He started to be a type of player who plans everything ahead, so that he maintains control over what happens and I'm sure that's how his life outside the field was too. It's very clear that he fell into some kind of depression because of that traumatic experience. I really hope we can see more about him and Barou and how this match affected him. Since Ubers vs Manshine will play, we can see what happens next between those two, as well as Nagi hopefully giving his all agaim. (I hope Ubers will win tho)
It's been 2 days since I've been watching your videos and I've gained a lot from them. Your summaries are really insightful. I myself is at a point where I have to improve in my academic. However I've been blaming the toppers for the vast amount oftime they had, and treating this as a life or death situation just as king or rin. I want to thank you very much for making these blue lock summaries. I realise now my own beliefs were holding me back, it wasn't the time given to the toppers and it won't mean anything even if I fail as I'm a person before a student trying to excell. Thank you for making the wisdom from blue lock so easy to understand
I just caught up to the manga today, after steamrolling the juve match. Defo think the panels of snuffy finding mick might be some of the most powerful in the series.
I have saved this video with the knowledge that I will one day come back to it when my ego is waning and I need something to kindle my flames once again. Thank you for the motivation and inspiration you legendary human. The fact that you read a manga about highly self-centered football astonishes my. Thank you.
I think Snuffy has a phoenix aura because he values his life, not saying they don't. But to understand that football doesn't come before everything and you're still a man.
Honestly I think his aura is more of a crow. Crows are a really intelligent bird species that work together and form a network. This reflects perfectly his philosophy and football IQ
@@Raylux_Eh. He’s modeled mostly after an owl in terms of actual appearance, and the phoenix is there cause he literally brought his football career back to life after squandering his physique in his youth (rose from the ashes), on top of the fact that the damn aura is on fire. Let Karasu keep his bird dammit
I think on a more surface level it also symbolises that he 'restarts' constantly. When he got dropped from starting 11 he wasn't afraid to just go somewhere else and start over in a weaker team to climb back up. The fact he won all 5 leagues also means he repeatedly chose to leave a great team and started over in another country. The fact he's been at Ubers for a while (since he recruited Lorenzo and stayed there until he became one of the best U18 players in the world, which probably took several years), also shows to me he doesn't join top teams that can carry him to a new title with little effort, but rather 'second tier teams' he has to build up every time, which is also quite phoenix-like.
@@argo9750 oh for sure, his aura definitely matches some of the other players with similar playstyles thematically as well, like isagi and kaiser (Stripping away all that they are and rebuilding), as well as being a bird like the previous comment mentioned, showing his analytical playstyle which is a step above blue locks karasu (lol crow boy). It is fun how so much can be gleaned by the cool effects around the players.
This match has to be the PEAK of blue lock, from a hype, match, and story perspective. Snuffy was the right person to help barou evolve. I really enjoyed this video. I personally haven't read the manga but Snuffy sounds like an interesting character. The question he gives from 2:50 to 2:58 legitimately gave me chills. My dream was to become a professional but unfortunately, I was in a car accident that injured me not only physically but mentally as well. I'm fine now but the recovery took a while. I kind of wish I heard this question earlier in my life so I could've planned my life properly. At the moment, I'm currently pursuing my degree. I wish everyone the best and good luck :)
I think barou looks up and respects snuffy and I think that's mainly why he wanted to change the ubers because he knows that the only for the ubers and him to grow and become one of the best teams was to change it his way so they won't be scared of despair but when they find it they will concor it and become better players I do believe the same thing happened when they lost they went to despair but they decided to concor, surpass, and learn to become a better team
Probably because Isagi's new philosophy of "Winning above all else" without caring about being a star or the best player matches Snuffy's ideology of "Work to win"
I can relate to snuffy because in elementary school, my uncle body stopped working and died due to the years of alcohol and not talking about his struggles twords others
You kinda missed the point of Snuffy. He doesn't destroy Ego's philosophy, he confirms it. He's nothing but a broken man, leaving in his past unable to let it go. By the end of Ubers vs Bastard, Barou was the one to reawaken his passion for football. As good as Snuffy is, I'm afraid he's about to become even better after learning from Barou.
not really. yes he doesn't disagree with ego's view, but they have 2 contrasting views in terms of an ideal team and player. ego wants to create a perfect striker that can lead japan to win the world cup, snuffy wants to create a team that values victory over anything. for ego, a striker scoring a hattrick despite losing is better than winning a 1-0 victory. for snuffy, winning a 1-0 victory despite the worst player being the one to score it is better than the team's striker or the star player scoring a hattrick and losing. they don't fully disagree with each other, but it's clear they have different vision.
I think it’s also very important to note that while barou reminds snuffy of mick, barou is very fundamentally different than mick in terms of worth ethic and discipline. It is shown that that very lives his life very meticulously and regimented. He’s peculiar about styling his hair, cleaning and also his training. In a way he reminds me of kita shunsuke from haikyuu, who couldn’t be more different than barou in terms of demeanor but in terms of work ethic they’re virtually the same. They take great care in not only caring for themselves but also in taking care of the environment they live in because they know that results are a mere byproduct of routine. That if you put in consistent work and effort you it will just be inevitable for you to produce results. So unlike mick barou is far less likely to fall off the band wagon because fundamentally by the way barou lives his life he just won’t fall into the same trap that mick did, he’s far too serious about not only his goal but taking care of himself to let himself fall apart like that. His one track mindedness on soccer has permeated through out his life, as a lesson that hinata learned near the very end of his series haikyuu that a successful career in volleyball is maintained through not just training in volleyball, but mindfulness in other areas of your life also indirectly contribute to your success in your sport/career as they also you to pursue your dream for longer because you can sustain your health for longer. I feel like barou whether the author has told us this directly or not already knows that and is shown in his cleaning habits, and consistent training rituals. I believe that his insane curve shot shown near the beginning of the series is the basis of his entire character. A shot that was crafted through years and years of hardwork and dedication; that you just can’t emulate without those years put in, and conversely barou is a person that was crafted through years and years of hardwork and dedication.
Antoinne Greizmann of BlueLock. Snuffy is such a great guy and a capable player. One of my favorites in the Manga is definitely the ideal foil to the essence of the show. Also Everyteam Snuffy plays for wins! so his methods definitely works, he's the kingmaker amongst the kings of football in bluelock
Yo i feel like u havent really watched Aoi Ashito or read it ,Which has been in comparison with bluelock its just way less hyped but ithink u should give it a go would love to see a review about it 😄
a while back when is was still bm vs ubers, I made a theory about barou and someone he was close with committed suicide because when snuffy told barou that his friend killed himself he looked almost like he has delt with that and his response after snuffy said that was kind of trying to not remember his past and his talk with Lorenzo also made me feel barou had someone close to him commit suicide because they gave up, and in my thought process was mabey that's why we see him work the hardest because he didn't want to be the person he was close to if that makes any sense but my theory is probably not true I was probably over thinking but still an interesting one thought in my opinion
Hey Ik this was posted a year ago but I was going back and looking at your videos and came across this one and the line where you talked about how hard work and talent if fixated on won’t help you but I love soccer and don’t have a lot of talent in it but I try to work hard everyday where I have the motivation to, in fact I’m pretty useless on the field because I’m nervous when touching the ball and can’t seem to get anywhere I was wondering if I could get your thoughts on this(I’m sorry if this doesn’t sound right) because no matter how much I try I can’t get even an inch better at anything I do
LONG but I think valuable comment ahead: I think it's really hard to understand that nuance. Just like barou I extremely value that despair of being weak, of your life being worthless if you don't perform That you might just kill youself if you aren't the best But I can see the other side of knowing that I'm theoretically just a person, not a player, but a person who happens to be an ambitious player. You don't need to change if you have overwhelming talent, imagine if nagi was as good as noa. Change is for the talentless to catch up to the strong talents. The more talentless you are the more you must sacrifice and use to get stronger: forget fear of death and you will be less hesitant, forget fear of failure and you'll never be hesitant, put all of your value as a person into your dream and you will always have to give your best - if you won't, your mental health will not forgive that. "Tricks" like that is what pushes us the talentless to be stronger; most popular of couse being hard work "hard work beats talent when talent doesn't work hard" ...but at the summit everyone has immense talent and everyone works hard, probably harder than you. What will you do to get stronger than those monsters? For me the anwser is hard work, but my body isn't capable of training 8 hours a day like koby briant yet so it's not enough It's self hate, so I can push myself even more, even when I don't think I can It's accountability towards EVERYTHING, that way I can get stronger in places I wouldn't have before Is that enough? Sure maybe after 10 years. Do I have 10 years? No, that time constraint is especially where sacrifices come in Ammount of sacrifice is what distinguishes the talentless loser and the talentless actually competing with the talent

Snuffy's philosophy of being a person before being a footballer actually perfectly parallels Jean-Paul Sartre's "existence precedes essence."

Me personally Don Lorenzo my fav
one of the few times i actually WANTED the enemy team to win.
snuffy has gone through a lot.
Marc Snuffy is the Alex Hormozi of football
I get the feeling that it’s going to be revealed that something stopped Ego playing and not that his philosophy was flawed.
Antoinne Greizmann of BlueLock. Snuffy is such a great guy and a capable player. One of my favorites in the Manga is definitely the ideal foil to the essence of the show. Also Everyteam Snuffy plays for wins! so his methods definitely works, he's the kingmaker amongst the kings of football in bluelock
do you think ego tenpachi would the hype gym buddy? XD
Hope you will reach your sun goal by the end of the year ❤
Bless the Lord for Blue Lock and your channel🧡💯

Yo i feel like u havent really watched Aoi Ashito or read it ,Which has been in comparison with bluelock its just way less hyped but ithink u should give it a go would love to see a review about it
😄
a while back when is was still bm vs ubers, I made a theory about barou and someone he was close with committed suicide because when snuffy told barou that his friend killed himself he looked almost like he has delt with that and his response after snuffy said that was kind of trying to not remember his past and his talk with Lorenzo also made me feel barou had someone close to him commit suicide because they gave up, and in my thought process was mabey that's why we see him work the hardest because he didn't want to be the person he was close to if that makes any sense but my theory is probably not true I was probably over thinking but still an interesting one thought in my opinion
Hey Ik this was posted a year ago but I was going back and looking at your videos and came across this one and the line where you talked about how hard work and talent if fixated on won’t help you but I love soccer and don’t have a lot of talent in it but I try to work hard everyday where I have the motivation to, in fact I’m pretty useless on the field because I’m nervous when touching the ball and can’t seem to get anywhere I was wondering if I could get your thoughts on this(I’m sorry if this doesn’t sound right) because no matter how much I try I can’t get even an inch better at anything I do
Snuffy the GOAT
Can you pls make a video on how nagi develeped ego to win over his unwillingness to do anything
LONG but I think valuable comment ahead:
I think it's really hard to understand that nuance. Just like barou I extremely value that despair of being weak, of your life being worthless if you don't perform
That you might just kill youself if you aren't the best
But I can see the other side of knowing that I'm theoretically just a person, not a player, but a person who happens to be an ambitious player.
"Tricks" like that is what pushes us the talentless to be stronger; most popular of couse being hard work "hard work beats talent when talent doesn't work hard"
...but at the summit everyone has immense talent and everyone works hard, probably harder than you. What will you do to get stronger than those monsters?
For me the anwser is hard work, but my body isn't capable of training 8 hours a day like koby briant yet so it's not enough
It's self hate, so I can push myself even more, even when I don't think I can
It's accountability towards EVERYTHING, that way I can get stronger in places I wouldn't have before
Is that enough? Sure maybe after 10 years. Do I have 10 years? No, that time constraint is especially where sacrifices come in
Ammount of sacrifice is what distinguishes the talentless loser and the talentless actually competing with the talent
👏👏👏 gonna apply these words of wisdom to my plan.
What is the first background song?
