One of the reasons why they don't acknowledge the brutality of their actions in Africa is because they would also have to acknowledge the fact that for example in Namibia, 80% of the land is property owned by German colonial settlers that they violently dispossessed it's original inhabitants the Nama and Herero indigenous populations,so basically it doesn't rightfully belong to them. It would open doors to discussions alongside those conversations.
Didnt the Zulu's conquer other Africans , steal their land and treat them badly. Oh there would be someone with an American accent there wouldn't there.
@g.pmoore4293 Zulu's never committed genocides and enslaved people. Where are these "Zulu" victims? Or it's just apologist propaganda from white people trying to sanitize their own evil actions?
Reparations is not just an African issue- I see it as presented, but is also a threat to African leadership who have benefitted and practiced selling Africans.
We black 🖤 hebrew Americans, know we will get paid whether munzungu wants to pay or not. We are at the end of the gentiles rule. Genesis ch- 15: 13, 14... our alahym ABBA YAHUWAH AND KING 👑 YAHUWSHUWA words will not come back void..😊
Phillip Scott from the African Diaspora News Channel said that once black Americans voices grew louder and louder the global black community would speak up including those on the continent.
A very interesting topic and discussion. I was often wondering how people on the continent of Africa- the many many different countries and cultures regarding the topic of reparations. Reparations as far as I know in the US is a very hot topic and openly discussed these days. Thank you for the interesting discussions. As far as I understand reparations are to be paid for past wrong doings - crimes ; as I call it, crimes of humanity. Correct? I noticed that there was a mention of reparations for the crimes of European slavery? Correct? I understand that slavery on the continent of Africa was different from region to region. I believe that the early 1600's the slave trade itself was the exploitation and relocation of human bondage. Was that also the case in say Mali? Ghana? Kenya? I believe that slavery in South Africa was very different in South Africa or should say the Slave trade is what I mean. The slave trade was very culturally different from region to region in the African continent. I was fascinated by the discussion Namibia and Germany. I have over the years shown interest in this history. A history that most Germans know nothing about. I must say I question those slave trading countries receiving reparations based on the slave trade. However, receiving reparations based on the idea of doing ancestral research I am all for it. I also agree with educating Africans on the history of the slave trade and slavery all across the continent. It is mainly us in the west that are pushing for westerns to know their own history - true history. Facts. But I often find the many Africans on and off the continent of Africa need to know their own histories : colonial and pre- colonial. Pre Cristian, Pre Islam, and pre national identify. As the son of fela kuti - Femi once said "Nigeria does not exist".
One Question: what are they going to do with the money. ???Because the leader defending REPARATIONS is the most awful and corrupt president we Ghanaians have had. 😡 2. He is the same one making Niger 🇳🇪 suffer because of ECOWAS sanctions. So he lacks of integrity to ask for reparations.
@@slimpickens01 Because the punishment for Hebrews for breaking the laws that were given to us by Mosheh is being kicked out of our promised land, scattered all over the world, and to be used as slaves by all of our enemies. Which we were forewarned about in advance, but obviously we choose the curses over the blessings aka Devarim 28.

African (Hamites) sold Hebrews (Shemites) aka Devarim 28:15-68 to Arabs (Ishmael), Europeans (Japheth), and "jews" (AshkeNazi's). ~ Tehillim 83
*"The Transatlantic Slave Trade" aka Devarim **28:15**-68 = Bereshit **15:12**-14.*
Why is That?
