I know they got a lot of sodium but that’s my go to when I don’t feel like cooking - LOOOOOVE those noodles - i drain most of the liquid to cut down on the sodium - I put scrambled eggs, green onions, & corn in mine🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
