- Come on a Friday night walking tour of Circus Circus on the Las Vegas Strip in Las Vegas, Nevada. Circus Circus is a hotel and casino resort located on the northern end of the Las Vegas Strip just north of Resorts World Las Vegas and across the street from the Las Vegas Convention Center and the newly opened Fontainebleau Las Vegas. It opened on October 18, 1968 as a circus themed resort. It is home to the world's largest permanent circus as well as Adventuredome, Carnival Midway, and The Steak House. Today, Circus Circus has 3,767 rooms on its property as well as the only RV park on the Las Vegas Strip. Circus Circus is still true to their roots, still offering free circus acts almost daily. Spongebob's Crazy Carnival Ride recently opened at Circus Circus. Circus Circus moved all of the coin slots machines into the Slots-A-Fun casino on the adjacent property.

I used to go to the midway a lot when I was young in the 1980s and I really love how Circus Circus has maintained these classic games so well over the decades. It's actually awesome to see that the midway is basically the same after 40ish years, and that the midway in general is in such great condition.
Oh nice! Yeah, I love going there over the years as well. I love how they kept the classic games and blend in the new ones.
Circus Circus has outlived just about every casino on the strip. Many years ago, the had a guy outside dressed as a clown and you could take pictures with him. Thank you for the cool vid.

Me and my family just stayed in circus circus for a week. It’s extremely cheap. Water park is really good and just footsteps away from our room in the manor. Excellent value for money.

People rag on this hotel a lot but honestly it doesn’t look so bad. Seems like a decent place to go if you have a family.

Yes, it does. A new life to Slot-A-Fun. I have been to Circus Circus hundreds of times, I just chose not to walk through there.

That place is dead for 8 pm on a Friday. LOL
The hotel is packed on weekends, but most people leave to visit the rest of the Strip at night unless they are gambling or have kids in the theme park or game area.

I lived in Vegas for 20 years. That is dead, even for Circus Circus. LOL
Was very disappointed in that hotel and the laws about cigarettes aloud in a family hotel and in every hotel I didn't spend money because of that and over priced fun haha
Sadly only the Park MGM is smoke free in Vegas. Yes, everything is pricy on the Las Vegas Strip.
They would make more money if they didn't allow smokin that why I like black hawk
