Young great Tit needs rescued

Kept hearing a fluttering noise every time I walked past my porch , realized there was a bird stuck in the aluminium Roof support. Only one thing to do, drill a hole big enough to let him out. Drilled hole peeled back the aluminium with a chisel, popped a straw in there full of water and the bird came 5 times and drank the water from the straw. Finally opened up the hole large enough and stood back. The bird was clearly exhausted and traumatized and very hungry.. I Expected him to fly away first opportunity but he hung round for pics. He had gone in the tube for spiders and could not cling to the alloy tubing wall to get out. . Long live titty !
