I met a neighbour's
cat recently outside my door, and it just happened to be a Gray British shorthair.
It had the most beautiful personality, it won me over and I started researching the breed.
I'm thinking of maybe getting one 😊
For anyone wanting a specific breed, adopt don’t shop! You can adopt breed cats and kittens overseas from charities rescuing cats in Dubai.
And where do you adopt them exactly?
Oh please I am from Dubai and they have been selling these cats and scamming people ...don't blindly believe anything the so called rescuers themselves are breeders who are over charging people and scamming

I own a British shorthair male, he’s now a year old and I’ve had him since he was 9 weeks old. He used to LOVE to sleep behind my back or in my armpit. He used to love sitting on my lap, but unfortunately he don’t do any of these anymore… he’ll come sit near me but ofcourse with a distance. And nowadays he loves to sleep at the end of my bed.
He’s a bit smaller than most British shorthairs, and not as chonky 😅mine sure does love being held, but the minute you decide to sit while holding him, he decides to jump out your arms 😂

Lovely video. I have a white blue eyed rag doll (Willow) & a torti half rag doll (Luna). They are girls & gorgeous. They love to aggravate my year old cocker spaniel 😂. I do have an issue with Willow peeing on any hard floor around the house. I’ve tried every litter on the market I’m sure & have numerous litter trays but she still does it 🤔. Vet says no health issues so probably behavioural. The kids do say her eyes go in opposite directions & I only ever manage to pick the broken ones 🤣. Enjoy your the rest of your Sunday xx

Sounds like she might be peeing from stress from the dog.
Could try feliway plug ins or keep dog in separate area, eg dog not allowed upstairs so cat can be upstairs alone can reduce stress levels.

13:46 I still remember in one of your videos about Gigi a while ago (when she was like 6 months old), you said that "she doesn't shed much" and i was like "well we'll see *smirking*" (i'm a British shorthair mom too) hahahaha and now you can feel that. According to what I heard, British shorthair is one of the most shedding cat breeds ever

Hi Liza, your cats are so beautiful. I’ve recently adopted a domestic short haired cat and when he goes into the garden, he eats grass and is sick when he comes back indoors. Do yours bring up fur balls around the house?
I’m struggling to find the right food for my 6 month old bsh. Can you list the food you use please. X
Lovely video Liza with your fur babies do you weigh thier food and what weight of grams do you give them my fur baby will only eat dry food . If it helps anyone we built a Catio on our patio so we leave the door open and he has access to the fresh air and all weather's so he can come and go and when the weather is nice I sit outside with him Thank you Liza 🌹🐈Xxxx

❤o yes I have 3 of my own love em always had cats growin up 😊2 are ginger and white ones long haired there brothers aged 14 and I have a 6yr old black and white she's such a madame 😂thanks for sharing ❤😊

Don't know if this helps, but our cat has her own little carpet and only scratches that 🐾🐾

@@lizaprideaux yes , and she just uses that, she also has one of the cardboard scratch things as well x
I put small cardboard scratchers next to where they like to scratch so they scratch that instead. But getting wooden floors instead of carpet has helped the most!
My sister in law had a ragdoll and a British shorthair the British hated being cuddled both lived till they were 17 x
