Would be interested in hearing "what is still in your bag" every 3 months or so to get an idea of what may have fallen off after the NBM (new ball magic) wore off.

For me between the absolute and Virtual energy blackout drilled the exact same the Absolute is about 5 boards stronger.

I like same layouts for comparisons like this but wonder do you use any others also? If so...maybe a video idea comparing some where you do have different layouts
Probably in the future. As of right now. I do not own a ball that has a different layout. But I have people on the channel that definitely experiment with layouts and use them in competition.
@@TheHype-Bowling yeah...I understand it's tough enough to even try and keep up with the releases...getting multiple of a ball for experiments is even rougher.

I really want to add the absolute to my arsenal but the majority of the time when I see someone throw it, it looks inconsistent and too forward 😕
The absolute once the surface is adjusted it’s okay. But this one fresh off the press is just different in my opinion!
Can vary from bowler to bowler. Never know what layout they used or if they actually threw it well. I’d say grab one if you really want to add it to your arsenal and don’t be afraid to touch the surface. I wouldn’t recommended drilling it super strong either
Just curious.... if the ball looks very inconsistent then why do you "really want to own this ball"? That doesn't seem to make sense.
If you just want a black bowling ball the Pitch Black is a great option.
@@ObjectiveEthicsfor a house shot the pitch black is a terrible choice for 95% of bowlers. For the other 5% it will never be the BEST choice for house shot. Can I score with a pitch black on house shot? Sure. Will I split much? Probably not. Will I strike as much as reactive? Absolutely not. Point being, if you need a crutch to consistently average 180 and piss off your teammates sure, get urethane for house shot. Otherwise, throw the ball better, use reactive and save urethane for what it's designed for... Sport shot.

The OP said he really wants a ball that looks very inconsistent every time he sees it being used. I said that statement doesn't make sense. As far as league goes, it doesn't matter if someone uses urethane. I see people throw plastic in league. Throw whatever you want. You pay your league fees the same as everyone else so you can throw whatever you want. If you get pissed because other people use urethane in your league then you are an asshole. It's league. It is for fun. If you want to be in a competitive league then join a sport shot league but you will find some people use urethane in sport shot leagues also. Are you going to to keep crying about it?
