In Napoli we can not really say at the moment if he is consistent in the long term…what we can confirm is that every match so far he has always been among the bests.
the last matches I find that he is getting better especially the last 2 it proves that he can still improve, we will see the rest there are a lot of parameters.
too much hype can be difficult for a young player without forgetting discipline, injuries etc...

And about penalty's his skill is not bad, but it's not amazing, but since he is only 21, i guess he will improvee specially since he has the opportunity to hit in the club (sometimes) and in the national team.

From what I know, being young he was not the most promoter, but his father being a former international player and currently a coach surely helped him, for discipline.
From what i heard is the young people from georgia like u17 etc... were very often good, and beating the big teams like germany france or england was not something incredible, but they are undisciplined so once an adult it is rare to even be a good players.
