Excited to see I'm not alone in appreciating this new Winfield skin! I love the look of it, I love that it's attributed to Hawkshaw Jack, I love the backstory blurb, and I've been particularly satisfied with it since it's the first Winny Aperture skin I've gotten (or even considered getting). The apertures get a bad rep but I think they're great, Nitro excluded. I may keep the sight flipped down for 90% of my shots but having access to a zoomed-in sight picture when I need it means I will take the aperture over every other Winny every time. And now my Winfield loadout doesn't feel naked anymore.
I use a similar loadout but with the Winfield Swift & Romero Hatchet. Favorite skin is absolutely Mountain King. The case hardened look is absolutely gorgeous and the engraving work on it is really pretty.
The tip at 1:30 to get into the basement of Stillwater silently won me a match. I remembered this video and was able to get behind the bounty team watching stairs and wiped them. Thanks Rachta!

I like the engraved skins but also the rusty, worn down skins for some legendary hunters that I play. Although with the drowned skins I love those too now, their really cool looking.
I am with you, I prefer the weapon skins that are "fancy". Engravings, embossing, damascus-steel patterned things. The Bad Blood Dolch is a great example, I love that skin. I will forever loath the fact that I cannot get the Somnus Slate in any way ... And despite that, the Redmartin is my favourite skin in the game. The Winfield series has some absolute bangers really.
My favprite is hailstorm, I love wrapped skins like 7 sights sparks sniper and hailstorm, theres also vetterli with some cloth on it and few more guns ;)
The Winfield, one of my favourite rifles in hunt. Especially the swift version combined with special ammo and levering! It may not down hunters all the time in one shot but it sure is reliable and fast for the folow up shot!
Romero is my favorite shotgun. So cheap and so powerful. GG Rachta. And as a sea captain in real life, i am a huge fan of all those about the sea. Those who has anchors, or anything about the sea and with the dlc with the captain I am really happy ha ha
It is a good skin, but I prefer the Doctor skin for the regular 1897 winfield rifle. If we are talking about my favorite skin I am at a tie with the Hyde skin for the pax and the Amber or what skin from the Kid dlc for the caldwel conversion. The Hyde just has the perfect amount of flair for me to take it to a fight and not feel too bad if it gets dirty. The Amber is just magnificent with the finish. Makes me wonder why there aren't other skins like it for other guns. Simple wood and blueing finish for the metal.
Personally, I think Slither skin is the best skin in the game rn, it accomplished everything it set out to do, isnt too tacky and just plainly great looking.
I love the aperture sights on paper but every game I try to use them it's just an exercise in frustration that eventually leads to "fuck it I'll just use iron sights even tho he's far" moments

HV Winfield + Shotgun is definitely one of my favourite loadouts. I prefer the Winfield C though and run it with a terminus for that sweet double levering action 🙂(Usually Augusta & Bird of Prey for skins)
@@karadrazbliss9865 The Winnie C has basically 0 sway and even less kick than the large winfield. 🙂 It's not a huge difference and sometimes I play Aperture or Swift, too. But ultimately I always found myself returning to the Winnie C.

I do love those beautiful,well taken care of skins. and its for my best performing gun. the winny apature. but ya. I love the skins like sotherbell and old faithful on the romero. or the gold filigree on things like golden sun (spitfire) pearl conversion or...another i forgot the name of
I would love running this skin, but man the lense gets in the way so often! especially after you are getting up from a knock, it is always up, so you are either forced to use lense, or waste precious time to switch the weapon mode. It is a deal breaker most of the times
Does the retro hand cannon one shot hunters with normal buckshot or do you have to use slugs? I thought that the damage with normal buckshot is 145 of the 150 health you have.

At 14:47 the bounty icon sliding back after you shotgun them is so funny to me.
"Fifty Laurels" is the best Winfield skin, but my favorite skin is "Undertake's Ally", "Brass Flower" etc. I love simple and elegant skins.

Somnus haunts me too. It's one of the ones I wish I had most, second only to the Scrapbeak event's Bomb Lance.

The Neen Claw (Tooth and Nail) of the Martini riposte is one of the best gun skins in the game!

The new bow skin for the Cowl made me practice bow for a week to justify the purchase. Easily my one of my favorite combo of skins, hunter included

How did they res the sniper so fast? Shadow Leap. Luring PvE to a tower is a fairly common tactic for Shadow Leaping. Very effective too.

Normal. The dmg shown is at 10m so everything closer can be lethal
I challenge you to not use special ammo, also Sniper's gift for the officer carbine deadeye
