Some people Would rather not have their catfish to breed. And also if you get a hybrid blue Gill, they will breed but at a very low rate. These catfish are one year old and they will be ready for harvest next Spring, by then they will be 11 to 12" just the right size.

If you can catch your local rd department changing out old concrete tiles they work great for catfish. The tiles are usually in 3 to 4 feet sections. They're easy to roll up on a trailer to haul. 579 subs when I commented. Thanks for the video

How deep is that pond? I want to build a pond this size or bigger but I have no clay which means I have to haul in a lot of clay to seal the pond. I have a small 20ft round pond with a few minnows and been wanting to expand the pond.
