Wow these mechanics can build a quality shock absorber. In my opinion a small economical tig/mig welder would weld those two shocks tubes together in about 4 minutes at a lower cost and it would be a better weld. Merry Christmas!

So take the paint off. Cut the shock open. Pour out the fluid. Hit the shock housing several hundred times. Add fluid. Weld it back together and install without the paint. Did they fix anything?
Забыли закачать туда углекислоту. Без газа они нормально работать не будут, на хороших ямках масло вспенится и амортизатор перестанет работать. После остановки транспортного средства и отстоя масла заработает снова но опять до первой серии хороших ям.

Unfortunately, work labour is cheap in those countries, but that is what makes them put bread on table. Otherwise people would just replace the parts... This way i.e. cheap labour makes it worth it for both parties. If anyone loses out it is the manufacturers who creates parts.
Third world country doing this ,recondioning of faulty shock absorber with warranty .also of cheap labor , high cost replacement parts ,customer tend to settle half of price againts new one . Good for economy bring food to table to every family .

@@konstantin11 It is a shock absorber. I could see concern if, it was a steering component. This just dampens oscillation. And there is not a lot. This looks like a curb side shock. They do get beat up more, people park by curb. Retired bus driver. with a couple of miles under my belt. MCI 102.
