Here are 5 tips for developing your lacrosse stick skills like the top lacrosse pro players.
The definition of stick skills that I like to use is from Lacrosse Pro Mark Millon, one of the greatest lacrosse offensive players in the history of the game.
What Mark Millon defines as great lacrosse stick skills is being able to pass, catch and shoot with both hands while running full speed.
These are the 5 Tips I will cover in this video:
#1 - Proper grip of the lacrosse stick
    #2 - Cradling
    #3 - Passing
#4 - Receiving a Pass from your teammate
#5 - Being able to play the game with both your dominant and non-dominant hand
3 Types of Cradling I demonstrate:
    1. Two-hand Horizontal or Power Crawdle
    2. Two-hand Vertical cradling
    3. One-handed vertical cradling

I think that he should be covering his butt end more because that's an easy lift check for defenders if you're not protecting your stick right and more skilled defenders will still find a way to get that hook and lift. Just a thought, also I think you can get more control with it farther down in my opinion

Well, I might have phrased that wrong but, I meant if your bottom hand, like in the passing demo, is farther up then I think it can get misdirected easier and lift checked and might lose some accuracy on passing or shooting since it's a guiding hand it should be closer to the bottom. I only choke up my bottom hand for quick sticks on the crease. I wasn't referring to the one hand cradle or vertical two hand. If you're passing or shooting with butt end hanging out like that, that's an easy lift check for defenders. I've just never heard a coach or mentor encourage that type of grip.

Would you say it’s ok to shoot a shot with your bottom hand chocked up? Or when shooting, the bottom hand should be at the very end of the shaft?

Unless your long stick it should be at the very bottom to maximize power
