- Beauty and the Beast actors Paige O’Hara and Robby Benson took the stage at Steel City Con April 2022 to talk about this animated classic, their careers, and to answer fan questions.
Paige O’Hara portrayed Belle in Beauty and the Beast but is also known for her other roles in Ralph Breaks the Internet: Wreck-It Ralph 2, Enchanted, The Legend of Prince Valiant, Legend of the Candy Cane, and many more.
Robby Benson is the Beast in Beauty and the Beast but is known for his roles in American Dreams, One on One, Exosquad, The Legend of Prince Valiant, Tough Cookies, and many more.

Sorry for talking so fast, I had to get back in teh Robert Englund line after he answered my question.
Also i regards to the Beast, he might have the best design in all of Disney animation based on how unique he looked. In his concept art, he was basically a giant animal. But Glen Keane was smart enough to make his own monster, but based some of his features off of various animal anatomy. Mane of a lion, brow of a gorilla, body of a bear, legs and tail of a wolf, head and beard of a buffalo, tusks of a boar, and of course, human eyes. All of those manage to create a character that can show so much range of emotion and character.
Beauty and the Beast is one of the best movies ever made.

I’m so happy I found this I wanted to go but I couldn’t make it due to work I adore this movie and my family thinks I’m like Belle and it’s a huge compliment

I guess Paige's husband was not at the table when I met her or else I would have had him sign my autograph. Robby actually co-signed my Karla DeVito vinyl record.
@Ashlee ramey She was. And if you look at my other comment I tell about my encounter with her trying to get her to clarify her reasoning for not doing the show since I thought the age reason couldn't have come from her but it did.
