I am currently a lvl 68 outlaw and I was wondering how you keep your slice n dice up all the time. In the vid it doesn't drop below 45s at any point. I'm pretty good with the roll the dice but slice seems to fall off too many times!

Hi. This is central WA for rogue. U can use Luxtos or Afenar Wa's for tracking.
