Yes, regardless of some ppl saying it's shïd, it's actually really improved and attractive. Elevate and city's design is simplistic yet good already. And so I don't see how having similar design from them in Amaze ruins it. It's actually really likable.

Sir, how was your experience with ingress & egress from the driver's seat? I am 6 ft. and found it very challenging to enter and exit from the driver seat... steering was obstructing my left leg every time, also I had to mind my head a lot during enter & exit. I had pushed the seat back to the maximum and steering tilt to the max top. I could observe the same for you at 06:11. Would be very helpful if you could share your feedback. This is the only reason, I am holding back my decision. Otherwise, it's a great car. In comparison, I found ingress & egress very easy in Altroz. Please share your experience on the above point! I test drove the new Amaze today but found both the gear and clutch too hard compared to other cars like i20 and Altroz that I have driven extensively. Even the sales person said that in Honda cars it is like this only. Honda is certainly known to be the best globally in engine reliability ahead of Toyota but Hyundai engines are much quieter. The Amaze once turned on felt too noisy both inside and outside, however it has improved upon this compared to its previous gen which I too have driven. The driving position was excellent in height, felt like an SUV almost from there. Honestly it was a deal breaker for me due to the hard clutch and tough gear shifts, not to forget the engine noise. CVT would be the better choice for people who are looking forward to buy Amaze only.

Front is copied from elevate, back is literally the same as City. These brands really need to innovate now. I never liked maruti much, but their portfolio is so versatile, like pick 2 different cars you can tell they do not look similar yet you know they are made by the same company. Keeping a signature with your looks and styling is one thing, copy pasting some already done thing is another. It's just a cross between elevate and city. I wish they did like what they did with the 2nd gen. It was actually amazing.

I don’t care if people don’t find the design as good as the renders. That is always the case. This is the most vfm car with useful features like Adas instead of crap like sunroof. Engine is the smoothest, most fun and still most reliable in segment and has decent enough efficiency. Don’t know where the expectations of people are for a budget car.
New honda Amaze Looks beautiful N gorgeous... Cool.. Bulky and sporty. I used Gen 1 Amaze during 2016 to 2023.(diesel model ), That was 4 star safety rated. Now Its Global NCAP safety rating MUST be minimum 5 star. If a car like suzuki d'zire 2024 can score five star then, Honda five star rating of amaze is highly expected. Honda must first send it for Global NCAP, after that booking must be opened. Still many people are repenting who booked Kia Seltos 3 years ago and got disappointed when it scored 3 star. This shouldn't be happen in case of amaze that holds logo of world wide well reputed car brand Honda. If cost cutting required remove a few features but no compromise with build quality. People have no trust on Bharat NCAP, ANCAP. So made in India Amaze must achieve 5 star in Global NCAP.
Dzire has become dzireable, Amaze has become Amaz-ing, and if Hyundai doesn't up their game their Aura will lose aura against these two. 😅

It looks really good. Better than dzire engine and okay mileage. Further everyone is forgetting it is the best cvt under 10 lakhs.

Best part of this honda amaze is that it's a 4 cylinder engine so ride quality and refinement will be better then 3 cylinder engine

@@gulshank4919Either you drove a different swift or you are having a pseudo bias because this swift has better torque in the 2nd gear and is literally 0.5 sec faster than the old one…it is only in 4th gear you feel that extra power at its top end…the original swift has the same power as the current swift…it was its dynamics that made it an enthu car which the new swift has lost but yet in the segment it is the most dynamic package

Sir, how was your experience with ingress & egress from the driver's seat?
I am 6 ft. and found it very challenging to enter and exit from the driver seat... steering was obstructing my left leg every time, also I had to mind my head a lot during enter & exit. I had pushed the seat back to the maximum and steering tilt to the max top.
I could observe the same for you at 06:11. Would be very helpful if you could share your feedback.
This is the only reason, I am holding back my decision. Otherwise, it's a great car.
In comparison, I found ingress & egress very easy in Altroz.

Is it ADAS or just a camera based Honda sensing system actually?
I test drove the new Amaze today but found both the gear and clutch too hard compared to other cars like i20 and Altroz that I have driven extensively.
Even the sales person said that in Honda cars it is like this only. Honda is certainly known to be the best globally in engine reliability ahead of Toyota but Hyundai engines are much quieter.
The Amaze once turned on felt too noisy both inside and outside, however it has improved upon this compared to its previous gen which I too have driven. The driving position was excellent in height, felt like an SUV almost from there.
Honestly it was a deal breaker for me due to the hard clutch and tough gear shifts, not to forget the engine noise. CVT would be the better choice for people who are looking forward to buy Amaze only.

All packaging are perfect, except few things, cheap fixed headrest, infotainment should be little merged into dashboard, 360° camera.

Front is copied from elevate, back is literally the same as City. These brands really need to innovate now.
I never liked maruti much, but their portfolio is so versatile, like pick 2 different cars you can tell they do not look similar yet you know they are made by the same company. Keeping a signature with your looks and styling is one thing, copy pasting some already done thing is another.
It's just a cross between elevate and city. I wish they did like what they did with the 2nd gen. It was actually amazing.

Engine is the smoothest, most fun and still most reliable in segment and has decent enough efficiency.

New honda Amaze Looks beautiful N gorgeous... Cool.. Bulky and sporty.
I used Gen 1 Amaze during 2016 to 2023.(diesel model ), That was 4 star safety rated.
Now Its Global NCAP safety rating MUST be minimum 5 star. If a car like suzuki d'zire 2024 can score five star then, Honda five star rating of amaze is highly expected.
Honda must first send it for Global NCAP, after that booking must be opened. Still many people are repenting who booked Kia Seltos 3 years ago and got disappointed when it scored 3 star. This shouldn't be happen in case of amaze that holds logo of world wide well reputed car brand Honda.
If cost cutting required remove a few features but no compromise with build quality. People have no trust on Bharat NCAP, ANCAP. So made in India Amaze must achieve 5 star in Global NCAP.
Dzire has the upper hand as compared to Amaze. Better mileage, better safety.
Honda should have given adjustable rear headrest.
